Haynes Glass

These guys were awesome. Replaced an old window out the back that needed to be put in with putty. Fast, efficient, clean and a great price. Couldnt be happier.

Very unreliable company, booked the job for removing existing glass balustrade for the painting job, and also expecting them to give us the quotation for our pool development at the same time. We have arranged the scaffolding up for them, but Haynes Glass just simply did not turn up for the job. I phoned to ask, Alan was supposed to call me back regarding my issue and he didn’t follow up again. When I called back, I have been told that they cannot do my job for another week, that was not even guaranteed. I had Scaffolding up and my painter was waiting, I couldn’t wait for another week especially with their uncommitted attitude. I understand that my job might be too small for Haynes Glass, but at least they should have communicate with me, rather than just not turning up for the job, and then I had to find someone in the very last minute. It was a very bad experience to deal with Haynes Glass.

Highly recommend! Fitted a pane of glass and cat door for us, quickly and no fuss and very reasonably priced. We had nearly given up on putting in a cat door after ridiculous quotes from cat door companies, saw an ad in the paper for haynes and phoned up, got a reasonable quote and a few days later we have our cat door fitted. Wish we had found these guys first!
