Beware if ordering from a catalogue online! I ordered a desk lamp which was advertised to come with a free mantel clock. The lamp turned up some weeks later, but with no sign of a clock. Got in touch with the Auckland branch and the helpful young lady explained that the goods were despatched from Oz and they must have run out of clocks. She offered a torch in lieu, which I accepted with thanks, even though I have several already.
The problem: both the torch and the lamp are about half the size expected. They both work, but the lamp doesn't give much light and the rechargeable torch battery runs down very quickly - a novelty, but not really of much use. Perhaps that's why it was offered as a freebie.
I shan't order from a catalogue again!

Just purchased my second fleecy dressing gown as I live in my warm blue one, so bought a lilac one. Even got my friend to get herself one for winter and she loves it too. The best thing since sliced bread. A long dressing gown with an embroidered and pleated yolk.

Thankyou splendid service. Great communication and assistance. So appreciated the replacement and support when I ordered the wrong size.

Cross Strap Flats (Shoes)
I have problem feet and I was one of those people who missed out when Shoe sizes changed and our 1/2 sizes and width sizes were removed. I unfortunately wore a 7 1/2C shoe.
I wore my new Cross strap flats several weeks ago for the first time and I was thrilled at how comfortable these shoes were Instead of having to change into an older pair of shoes a little while later, I wore them for the whole length of time. The Elastic Cross Strap had allowed that shoe to be wider right where I need it (I have 2 problem Bunions which I've had since teenage days in the 1960's) and these shoes did not affect them at all.
I was really pleased when I saw that 2 new colours were added to the range.

I was very happy to receive my order of a beautiful warm & comfortable polar fleece zip up coat & a back support cushion that bends in two places to wrap around my back. Also a beautiful gift of a vintage crystal pendant & matching earrings. Excellent service as well. HIghly recommended.

Keep trying to place an order. Website keeps crashing and defaulting back to main page. Don't use this company they can't even run their own website

Thank you for my recent order. All arrived safe and sound. The "special" gift was a great hit with my friends' bridal shower. Great hilarity. Just a note to thank you for your great service.

The product was so -so, as the cool pad warms up after 30 mins. But what most bothers me is that I get spam snail mail now for months even though I returned the last one to sender and have not ordered anything from the sent catalogue. Who gave you the right to pester me and waste resources sending me mail? Save the planet, stop spamming.

Nasty customer service representative named Raewyn who clearly doesn't like her job. Two patronising representatives that don't want to make you proceed with your transaction and quite frankly let down the reputation of the company

A shocking case of badly displayed goods. Very difficult to find anything and young female staff member showed little interest in assisting.

I have to agree on the poor service. I asked for advice, which I didn't get, and got completely wrong products for me. So I returned the products on 29 Aug 2016 and am STILL waiting for my refund. Even after I was told I will receive it soon on 12 Sep 2016. It is 4 Oct 2016 already. Forget about getting replies on your emails. Hugh disappointment.
