HealthZone Physiotherapy

When I first inquired about the pricing at Health Zone, they informed me that it was $50 NZD. At the time, I felt that $50 was a bit expensive for me, so I decided to inquire with other physiotherapists. However, they offered to give me a discount, so I chose to stay. I have never haggled over prices with them, as I don't enjoy bargaining.

But today, the receptionist's attitude was extremely rude. She insisted on charging me $50 NZD because it was their policy, and I fully understand their policy. However, when I tried to explain the whole situation, she kept interrupting me, and I didn't have enough time to fully explain it. I wanted to confirm with my treating physician, but she wouldn't allow me to go, saying she would check with him. I mentioned that $50 NZD was relatively expensive for me, and she doubted my honesty, said: "I don't believe you someone driving a BMW can't afford $50 NZD. " This was simply unreasonable. Everyone has different values and circumstances, and her attempt to morally judge me based on my car choice was incomprehensible.

Even though she eventually charged me $20 NZD, I was still not happy. I felt that she didn't understand how to respect others. If they couldn't offer me a discounted price, they could have just told me directly instead of trying to judge what I should pay based on the car I drive.

Despite her rudeness, my treating physician, Peter, was excellent. He was professional and very patient, appreciate Peter.

After working with numerous physiotherapists in NZ and Australia both personally and professionally, I can confidently say that Alex is one of the best I've ever worked with.

He is an extremely thorough, skilled practitioner, a clear communicator, and it is very obvious that he cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough.

I have requested information to join in, the receptionist turned me down by saying Dr. Valentina isn't taking more patients. She didn't recommend anyone else, she was rude, the conversation lasted 40 seconds.

This place is just fabulous! Staff are great and friendly. Therepists are excellent. They build a relationship with you and go through the ups and downs of your injury with great results. Can't praise them enough!
