Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport

Decent hotel that provides a shuttle service not only to the airport but also to the nearby shopping centre which is super nice of them. The pool is in front of the hotel, in the middle of the arrival area which is a bit weird, you have to cross a road to get there

Very Nice Stay both before going overseas and on our return. So good with the shuttle to Airport and Dining onsite. Will be our go to when travelling out of Auckland

This hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Auckland Airport. Reservations from the airport to the hotel can be made over the phone, and from the hotel to the airport can be made at the hotel reception. At this time, some English conversation is required.
The rooms are like an old business hotel and don't have a luxurious feel. The air conditioner was for home use and was yellowed. However, it feels clean and functions well. I was happy that the sweets and drink vending machines were priced at about the same price as a regular convenience store.
Overall, this is a good hotel for people who want to stay near the airport.

I usually stay at the Heartland Hotel when I am travelling abroad. I like the hotel, the location and the free airport shuttle. The service is always good.
My concern is that the last time I stayed there, a few weeks ago, my bed was very wrinkled. It looked like someone had slept in the bed and that it hadn't been changed. In every hotel that I have been to, the sheets are well pressed. So I thought maybe the hotel doesn't press their sheets anymore. But they were usually pressed when I had stayed there before.
Anyway, just want to say it's not a good look.

Hotel is tucked away in the better industrial area of Mangere. I found it difficult to locate + close to the highway - lots of noise through the night. Room was clean and of a high standard.

The staff at the Heartland hotel are really friendly easy to talk to if you needed anything, a lot of parking spaces for your vehicle there's a spa and a pool for ‍️

I recently stayed for a week and after driving from Wellington was looking forward to relaxing before a very full week of business meetings. I was welcomed and given my room details and secure car park. The Hotel and room were nice, clean and comfortable. I entertained there 3 times in the evening and the food was great.

Great stay at Heartland Hotels Auckland Airport - Very happy with facility as a whole, rooms were very comfortable & clean. A good sized room for the price but was a bit dark and dated. I was given a ground floor unit and could hear noises from the bar, and also corridor noises.
I ate a dinner in the hotel and service was fast and came out hot. The menu has a good choice and pricing was similar to what you would pay on Uber Eats. There is a reasonably priced vending machine on the ground floor.
I was put into an accessible room, and even though I am short, I stood taller than the shower-head. The bed also had a random light in the middle of the bed-head.

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, beds aren't too bad and the meals are great. Pool and spa outside is at nice temp.

Just a one nighter after an overseas flight, used shuttle service to and from the airport which was quick and efficient. Check in was a smooth process. Room ws spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathroom - one wish would be not to have the shower over the bath - bit old fashioned these days. Ordered breakfast via room service whhich very tasty and arrived at the right time. Check out was easy.would certainly return.

Decor is a bit old, appliances etc too. Restaurant was surprisingly quite good, friendly staff and good quality food.

Came here last year for work, had to bring the kids again during school holidays. Clean, tidy, comfy beds, aircon. Reception and restaurant staff awesome and yummy food, thank you. We really enjoyed the pool and spa too.

This time around i loved my stay! Very welcoming and engaging staff memeber who was full of life and joy. Room was so good i ended up sleeping in and getting late for work! Ha! Loved my stay! Big showers, nice firm beds and pillows. Just awesome! Love it!

What a great place to stay! We spent 2 nights at Heartland Hotel Airport which was a 'spur' of the moment get away with my 13 year old son & we were a little bit disorganised but the reception staff & manager were so helpful & also, 'Wow' to the chef cause my dinner last night was

I stayed here in my way through Auckland. The service was excellent right from the outset with Adele helping me out with changes dates for my stay, to The two shuttle drivers (amazing service, really kind and friendly people) to the front of desk staff. The room was very clean, had black out curtains and all amenities. Brilliant. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing team! From the welcoming receptionist, cleaners, room service teams all the way to the van shuttle drivers for the hotel as well as the pool cleaners:) all round amazing team. We stayed for 5 days and wished to have stayed longer but we will definitely be back with a bigger group this time haha. They were so quick and sufficient with the services we needed with, towels, toilet paper and coffee top ups. Each receptionist were very welcome every time we would come back from doing our daily outings they would always welcome us with a smile every time saying “welcome back” just those little things were amazing to us. Room was cheap and had plenty of space for 3 people. Kudos to all the team at The Heartland Hotel you guys are amazing! Merry Christmas.

First time stayers, Great place would recommend to family's, the pool made the kids day. Awesome customer service we were looked after and catered for all our requirements. We had a fantastic Xmas stay. Thank you Heartland we will come stay again when we are in Auckland.
