Alex was amazing, knew his stuff, was very professional and had good communication as did the girls in the office. However what let them down was their installers Josh and Scott, they didn't do a very good job they showed up and then tried to convince me to change the location of the heat pump to make their lives easier, and when wouldn't change they started to bag Alex. I would definitely recommend Heat and Cool and Alex but in future I will be asking that Josh and Scott are not the team they send to carry out the install.

We had a number of quotes for Heat pumps, and to be fair, all the organisations quoting were professional and offered good products. However, Heat and Cool went above and beyond with good advice and options. We also saw a number of advantages in Mitsubishi, with good design of the internal units, a good reputation for reliability and a good wireless app to control them all. We chose Heat and Cool and the install team were excellent, and the products have exceeded our expectations for performance. I love the app! It means I can control everything from the smart phone wherever I am. Nice to turn the heating on from work on these cool evenings and come home to a warm house. So I would thoroughly recommend Heat and Cool Ltd. Really good to work with and we are rapt with the overall result.

The Heat and Cool Representative was friendly and very prompt with his quote. The installers went out of their way to come up with solutions to a difficult installation ensuring pipes were not showing in our main reception area. Looks great and we are very happy with it.
