Prompt service, passionate and very knowledgeable and great after sales service. We are new to owning a pool and he was very helpful in guiding us through the process and getting us up and running so the kids could start enjoying a warm pool, even in winter.

I purchased a heat pump from HPPS a while back. David was friendly and helpful, showed up on time with the installer, and everything went really well. I did have a problem with the fan blade quite a bit later while it was still under warranty. I went back to David and he sorted it out with the manufacturer very quickly and all has been perfect ever since. Would happily use his services again.
