HELL Pizza

Probably the best Pizza I have had since arrivin in Aotearoa.
The service is killer.

Pizza was 1 1/2 hours late and freezing cold and chewy upon arrival. Biggest waste of money ever!

I brought hells pizza for dinner on 4/8 takeaway and found a wood splinter in our purgatory pizza. I have contacted the store and am still waiting for the manager to get back to me. Very disappointing! Watch out for what is in your pizza!

Used to be such a great store and I used to order from them all the time now you're actually better off getting dominos as bad as they are it's still better then the burnt cold pizza this place charges you alot of money for and they refuse to give out refunds so don't waste your money

Ordered Pizzas for pick up. Arrived a bit early and the food was ready by the time I had paid for it. Very friendly smiley staff.

Pizzas were going to be so late that we cancelled our delivery. We are still waiting for our 28 dollars to be refunded a week later.
They didn't bother to inform us that our pizzas wouldn't be delivered on time nor that the delivery time would be over 90 mins from when the order was taken. This is the second time this has happened to us. We are not prepared to give them another go. They are just too unreliable.
Answer to "What did you get? " Absolutely nothing!

Ordered a Grimm, didn't realize until I got home didn't get what I ordered. Ws too tired to return to store so ate what I had been given. Although not what I ordered, was nice. Make sure you check before you leave the store would be my advice.

Pizzas are always well made and delicious. Lots of flexibility with toppings and gluten-free options which is great. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Paid $35 for a mushy, tasteless and cold pizza. Really disappointing: (Definitely not worth $5 never mind $35.

Pizzas arrived 45 mins late stone cold. Don't often give poor reviews given current circumstances and asked if short staffed when delivered, and told no just busy. If busy means 45 mins late and stone cold forget it.

I was there on the Friday 13 (august) and the staff were all super nice and friendly. Especially the guy at the cash register.

Always tasty, quick friendly it's time they did something new with the menu as a business, Suprise us, Hell should never be vanilla.

Frustrating that they keep making mistakes.we always get food from here but they keep giving the wrong sauce multiple times and last time the drink was warm when it was delivered. And hardly any prawns on the pizza. Hopefully they get better soon

Ordered a Gluten free pizza base. Tasted amazing- like no gluten free base I've ever had! But I ended up being very unwell, one week later I'm still recovering and now I'm not sure I even received a gluten free base as it reminded me of a normal base. I'd be warey if you have allergies. So unfortunate because I really enjoyed it! It was my first time ordering here and unfortunately my last.

Yesterday's order was pathetic, I have always loved Hells Pizza but will pass getting food from this branch from now on. The pizza dough used was old which made my stomach upset and order itself took more than 1hr instead of 40 mts. On being asked about the order status was told we were busy. I specially told them to finely chop tomatoes but still got big pieces.

Really impressed with the friendly staff & delicious pizza WOW! We didn't have to wait, long at all & we played on the pin ball machine (which was quite fun.) I will definitely be going back & highly recommend this place. Well done guys:)

Really First class food and service! We are lucky to have a Hell store in humble Whangaparaoa. The staff is super nice. The manager is endearing.the food is always spectacular and the pizza base or dough is the nicest in comparison to stores elsewhere. We went there on Valentine's and it was super busy. That just shows how much Whangaparaoa loves it's Hell store. We know that since the store is very popular there is a huge demand. I would rather wait in queue for a delicious pizza from a Kiwi pizza store than walk into an empty American pizza store that is substandard. This store has also introduced the jigsaw corner which has us completed addicted. The sofas in the corner are great for a cosy read especially when it rains outside. Other than the mouth watering pizzas, the staff are the best bit about this store. I highly recommend Hell@Whangaparaoa to everyone. They employ our kids and give them a future and that's one more reason to say Hurrah to Hell!
