HELL Pizza

Pizza was amazing. All the flavours and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the pizza. Would definitely recommend for date night. Good customer service as well.

A great alternative to other fast food pizza. Pizza is good, but still just a bit better quality than a typical fast food pizza. Ribs are AMAZING! Heaps of meat that falls of the bone - perfect. Also camembert cheese bites also fantastic. A real let down though is the chicken tenders.very processed meat texture, taste is ok.but low quality IMO of the tenders. Atmosphere is 4 as takeaway/delivery only. BUT instore and delivery staff are always professional and polite.nothing to fault from staff. Delivery is always a little earlier than stated.

Ive had really good Hells Pizza for example the one in Mount Roskill and New Lynn branch, but this one was so disappointing! I went there exactly 15 mins after my order and the pizza was cool didn’t taste fresh at all! Never had such a dry pizza in my life. Will never order from here again.

Fantastic pizzas - but they really need to address their tables. The finish has lifted, all sticky. A sand back and re vanish would go a long way.

The best Hell Pizza in NZ, everything was so fresh. I made a simple request and they were happy to complete it. 10/10

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Hell Pizza! This was the first time ordering from Kohimarara and I will never be ordering again. The food was cold, and carried without a warming bag through the rain. The wedges were undercooked and barely an inch of lemon pepper on them. The pizza had a hair cooked into the crust (gross) and barely any toppings. Such poor, low quality for the $40 we paid. Very disappointing.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered for 6: 45 pickup. Arrived at 6: 35 and told it would be five minutes, said thanks and sat at table. 6: 55 and no food so I asked where my order was. Someone went out back to look where I could see my order in front of oven, I asked how long it had been there and was told about five minutes. Staff member said they were still fairly warm. Not good enough that they make order then don’t bring out knowing I was in the store, seems to be a total lack of communication by staff. Money back and now ordering from Ellerslie store.

I order a preset time at 7 but when I get there, have to wait 30 minutes to discover that my pizza is given to the wrong person.

Will not go here again, I also got food poisoning so will report Gupreet the manager to MPI to get this place shut down.

Really bad service from Gupreet and his staff. They gave my order to another person by their mistake. Kid didn't apologise or offer any explanation saying that I should just take it.

Went home and there was toppings missing and it was cold.

What a shame because it use to by my go to but spending $30+ on a average pizza and poor service, I won't be going back

First time trying this store, pizzas have hardly any toppings, not worth it. Compared to the ellerslie store this one is 0 stars.

Online order was selected for pick up at 6.45pm, partner arrived to pick it up and was told 5 minutes. He sat waiting and nothing - just after 7pm he asked where the order was and they proceeded to bring out some pizzas that had been sitting there for who knows how long that were barely warm. The manager then told him he should have rung the bell even when they knew he was sitting there waiting! I’ll never be going back to this store again. Refund received.

Very disappointing. Had never tied Hell Pizza before. Found menu limited and pizza sizes confusing. Ordered 3 pizzas and paid. When they came out of the kitchen I was shocked by the lack of quality and size and refused to accept them. A waste of money but at least I know never to go back.

Absolutely NOT WORTH it! Over $60 for 2 pizzas that turned up 20 - 30 minutes late, were luke warm at best and so disappointed in the quality. Hell pizza is so over-priced I would strongly suggest going to any other pizza chain. The Beast pizza was like eating cardboard, no melted cheese, absolutely nothing like the photo. I have no idea how these guys get away with charging the prices they do compared to the other pizza chains. Save your money and order somewhere else!

Tried to order from this restaurant twice through uber, both times the orders were cancelled with no explanation after uber driver tried to pick up, the first time i was still charged for the meal and had to use uber support to get a refund. Unacceptable.

$71 for 3 pizzas, cardboard with very little over cooked toppings, better off going back to Pizza Hut

Hell pizza is great - this particular store is pretty hit and miss.

Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes its cold and hard. Sometimes you get lots of toppings, sometimes you get a pile of cheese and onion with no ‘expensive’ ingredients (read: meat).

Try to use another franchisee if you can - I can’t because of where I live unfortunately.

Went here recently and they restored our faith in Hells Pizza! Used to go to a different franchise which we went downhill so we were sceptical but it was delicious! I am GF and DF at the moment (not by choice) and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the pizza was! My husband enjoyed his pizza too and the hash bites were delicious and crispy too

A $5 hawaiian from pizzahut would’ve been better than the $15 greed pizza from hells which was slightly bigger than the size of my hand. Crust was stale and had about 3 slices of pineapple on it. Also ordered the chicken demon pasta which they have changed the recipe of and is now completely bland and once again contains stale chicken bits. Not worth buying from this place at all.

I like to support local but im afraid this was the worst experience and pizza i have had the displeasure of having.
It was over an hour to be delivered, i understood that may be out of their control. It was over cooked, missing requested ingredients and stone cold.
I sadly wont be purchasing another
