Hell Pizza

Ordered online, paid cash in the store, was quick and easy. Got a free code for a donut for spending over 30$.

I cooked not reheated, but actually got out the frying pan to cook the chicken nibbles as the skin was transparent showing the pink vein & flesh beneath. I don't understand how they could let a customer walk out with obvious uncooked food! And what's worse is that I was the only person instore at the time so it's not even because they were busy.
Bloody lazy & unacceptable, not going there ever again I'd much rather drive the extra distance. Come on guys, you can do better than this!
Very disappointed as I used to love Hell Pizza.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Hell Pizza Titirangi, and I must say that it was an absolutely horrendous experience and the last time I go to them again.
I ordered a pizza online, as I have done many times in the past, and selected no to the vegan cheese option. As there was no other option for me to select a different cheese and the price did not change when I unselected the vegan cheese option, I thought that they would use normal cheese. When I arrived the staff member said, “so you wanted no cheese? ” I said No, I want cheese on the pizza and began to explain how I had ordered. The manager then came over and started trying to explain that I needed to order normal cheese, when I showed him there was no way to do so and that the price was still that same, he then proceeded to argue with a raised voice. Getting nowhere and tired of being yelled at by the manager I decided to forgo the pizza and left without it - even though I had already paid $30 for it.
The manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and basic customer service. Attempting to resolve any issues with the manager was an exercise in futility. He was unresponsive, uncooperative, and seemed utterly disinterested in rectifying the problems they had caused, offering no solution or workaround. It was clear that customer satisfaction was an afterthought for Hells Pizza Titirangi, and they were more than willing to dismiss any complaints or concerns raised by dissatisfied long serving customers by arguing and shouting over the top of me.
Hells Pizza Titirangi will probably respond trying to defend their position but that does not change the fact that the manager was rude, would not listen, and continued to cut me off by yelling over the top of me. It also doesn’t change the fact the price does not change and there is no notification to say you are ordering a pizza with no cheese - something I will be raising with the Commerce Commission as a deceptive business practice.

So impressed with the pizzas. Hot, great amount of toppings. We use another franchise, but they weren't great, so gave the Titirangi branch a go. Thanks, and we will order again.

The food here is on point. Being one of the few pizza places in the area, this place gets really busy at times.especially on a Friday evening.
If ordering online, suggest you don't trust the estimate time given as we had to wait an extra 20 minutes as there were so many orders on that day and ours wasn't ready.

The same service and quality you would expect from othe Hell Pizza places. Great food quality, awesome staff and good value for money.

Disgusting customer service. Refused refund and told had to go to head office which I did. Then calls me to say will refund now but is letting me off for this time and won’t process future orders. Don’t worry we won’t use you again and advise others not to support a business with total lack of customer service and care. Don’t blame tools maybe get them fixed for a better customer experience. Never got order too.

Just had a vegan, gluten-free vegan pride regular size pizza and it was fabulous. Heaps of topping. Juicy, scrumptious, delicious. The garlic bread is luscious too! Our definite go to pizza takeaway. Thank you Hell Pizza chef.

Usually have a great experience with Hells Titirangi, however the camembert bites were completely cold and the creator salad I ordered was pretty atrocious, the avocado which I ended up paying more for was not edible and completely rock hard and not ripe - as for the rest of the salad looked like it had been thrown together lazily and half the contents were soggy and gross, it’s very unlike me to leave a bad review however i spent almost 25$ for both items and expected them to be better than what I received. I would suggest anyone ordering only getting the pizzas which are usually pretty good.

Pizza was late, soggy, not cut properly.
No love from Hell happening.
Won't be buying another 2.

Ordered a Mischief and Brimstone pizza and one unholy donut. Food was delicious and hot and didn't have to wait long. Thanks for the great service! Highly recommend

This hell has really upped their game. Pizza is delivered hot and fast and the pizzas are delicious and of high quality. Highly recommend! Cheers!

Very yummy pizza here, had the pride snack $10.50, leaves Pizza Hut for dead. Friday 29 January 2021.

Delicious, and BEST GF pizza base, crisp, tadty, you wouldnt know its GF, except easy to digest. Def be back.

The creator, thin crust, large pizza with extra anchovis is my favorite. Sorry I forgot to take a photo as I had to dig in and enjoy.

Got the Vegan Sinister, as always, at Titirangi Hell. Large one and gluten free. Fabulous. Heaps of topping and very tasty. Thank you.

Super quick, loads of toppings, really tasty. One of the best Hells in Auckland - much better than New Lynn!

Second time ordering from this branch and both times it appeared they only started making our pizza when we showed up and both times the pizza was seriously underwhelming with almost no toppings. Hardware Cafe has much better pizza.

Pizza's are out of the world.very nice atmosphere and ambiance. Service was excellent and staff was very helpful in deciding the damn good pizza. Menu is vast and it's one of it's own. No one in New Zealand can offer such a good pizza. If it's pizza it should be Hell Pizza. Been here multiple times, always great pizza, I'd definitely say it is one of the best Hell stores, great service too
