Amazing service and delicious food. The create your own is a must-try! Super super fresh vegetables and generous portions too. Staff is also the sweetest always. 11/10

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings for 8.30pm and turned up on time. Pizzas were spot on and wings were very delicious especially if you like hot wings. They had a great kick.

They are friendly with kids who comes with school program.but pizza taste changed completely in a negative way

Decided not to make online order then embellished the time to get the order ready a second time.
Then when refunding tried to short change me.

Best pizza's ever. The staff is very efficient and the deliveries are always on time. The food is always hot. The delivery drivers come to your doorstep to deliver. Will highly recommend Hell Pizza New Lynn as one of the best pizza outlets.

Disappointing about delivery took over a hour.food was awesome great can't complain.
Delivery driver went from one house to another and walked around the dead side of my house when there where people in front of him. Probably why my order was late.

Look at the pics and you will see how soggy a pizza can be.
Ingredients such as pineapple and ham was not tasting fresh.

Service is absolutely terrible. Made an online order and arrived to collect it - it hadn't even gone into the oven. If the store had called and said "hey we are running behind" (which is the experience I've had with other stores), or if they had pushed the times out on the website it would have been fine but instead there was no communication. On arrival at store was told it would be 8-10minutes, instead had to wait an extra 25mins on top of the 30 minutes from the time of order. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

Pizza very good tasting with plenty of options. Best ingredients you can ask for in pizza. Place is extremely busy in the weekend so my pizza took long time to cook. I drove from City to New Lynn and still had to wait 10 min. But not their fault as they busy so that's why only 4 stars

Customer Service was great I was greeted with a Big smile and the acknowledgment of my hard days work was a great surprise and very nice to receive a small gesture of their appreciation for buying pizza from them.

Order via Uber eats. Order super late. I called the store. Told order was with Uber driver and out of their hands. Great! Order arrived another 40 minutes later by the manager of Hells. So never with Uber. Good on him him for doing it but super cold super salty. Awful!

New Lynn hells, 30 mins delivery. It's been an hour and we're still waiting. I have tried calling so many times and no one is answering their phone either.

Always great pizza from this store! Arrives hot and efficiently. The pizza is always made to perfection. Keep up the great work!

Gave both me and my partner extremely bad food poisoning I got lamb shank and corn nuggets he got burger pizza and prawn horns and now we're both unable to go to work and unable to move

How did i forget how amazing the pizzas are! I wanted more heat to it and gosh you delivered. Dominoes and pizzahut have nothing on Hell.

Most of the staff either aren't wearing masks, or have them wrapped around their chin with nose exposed. The guy putting toppings on the food didn't wear a mask.

Always great good quality pizza's. I love my thin stretched double creator pizza with: ansjovis, shrimps, salami, ham or bacon, olives, capers, onions, mushrooms, garlick, parmesan cheese.forked tongue L2.delicious!

By far, you guys (at New Lynn branch) are the best who has made the fully custom made Pizza. It has been awesome and the best part is you get it correct EVERY SINGLE TIME! You guys are amazing! I have tried 3 other branches before this but they keep missing out ingredient (s) and though I've order it from you multiple times (now a third time), you have been very attentive to details and the Pizza is really YUM and perfect every time:)

A special thanks for the day when I came in 3 min after your closing time but I did not feel any kind of negativity which I usually feel from other hospitality establishments and your customer service EVEN THEN was hats off! And a really good service with a smile!
