Hell Pizza

Whenever I order here there’s never enough sauce / ingredients and they’re quite stingy on portion of the sides compared to other stores

Take-out pizzas have been consistently good over the last 10 years. We keep promising to go elsewhere for pizza but haven't done so yet.

I have ordered pizzas from here many times. But unfortunately this time when I ordered there gluten-free pizza. My pizza was black and burnt. Plus when I come to pick up my pizza there was a pigeons in the kitchen.

I just wanted to share my recent Hell Remuera experience, which wasn't great. While waiting for my order, the restaurant staff subjected me to discriminatory remarks and offensive language, which made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, and the behaviour exhibited by the restaurant staff was completely unacceptable. I don't think anyone should have to endure such treatment while dining out.

I hope the restaurant management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Great takeaway pizza! We ordered the snack size Lust with BBQ sauce and Pride with optional extras kalamata olives, garlic and jalapeño peppers. We enjoyed our pizzas both were flavourful. A must go if you are in Auckland.

We showed up with the intention of dining in but there is only one small table inside. It’s not a dine in establishment and the website should state this.

Used a promo code for free delivery but when i checked the app there was no progress on our order just kept saying it was “cooking” called repeatedly but no answer.our expected delivery time passed by and the store was closing soon so we had no choice but to go to the store.our pizzas were sitting in store cold.we paid $44 for pizzas that tasted like cold, hard cardboard and didn’t get the free delivery we were suppose to.you’d expect more from the most expensive pizza chain.

Usually don’t stop by Hell Pizza but so happy we stopped by here during a lunch break. Service was A+ can’t fault it ️

Delivery Pizza was luke warm/cold and expensive. Wouldn't bother ordering from hell pizza. There are better pizza takeaways out there.

The pizza arrived in a dented box and the topping was stuck to the underside of the box. Last time I'd be ordering from the Remuera store

When we bought pizza last time we were given a voucher for free delivery, then when we wanted to have pizza again we made a phone call to order some pizza hoping to use the voucher for delivery but got told that we could not use it as we lived too faraway (6km). The conditions should have been printed on the vouchers.

The taste of the pizza here somehow is not as good as Hell Kepa Road.

Great range for vegans. Vegetarian salad not worth the price. Lovely staff at Remuera branch
