HELL Pizza

For all the marketing on spice and heat levels, the food really lacked seasoning. I got the wrath pizza and needed sauce with every slice as it just wasn't that tasty. Cheesecake was defrosting when it arrived, not great.

Ordered delivery for 5: 15pm. Arrived at about 4: 50pm. Went cold waiting for our guests to arrive. The wings seem like they have been microwaved then had some sauce squirted in their direction. Pizza's were ok.

Spent $55 and couldn't eat the pasta dish. Dry like chopped cardboard and tasted so yuk I spat the one mouthful out.

Have a friend from NZ back home who was adamant that we tried Hell pizza when we visited NZ.

We ordered the double size (an American medium) gluten free crust on the gluttony pizza for $26. All of the specialty pizzas are based on the 7 deadly sins.

I could see the chef clean the pizza cutter with a paper towel rather than wash with soap and water but I didn't have a lot of other options as a Coeliac.

Pizza smelled like a Hawaiian pizza but I didn't actually see or taste any pineapple once opening the box. The toppings were pretty sparse for a pizza called "gluttony. " The crust was thin, which is fine because it's gluten free. The lack of toppings would have Americans outraged if this place opened up shop over there. It wasn't bad, but it was mediocre for a pizza.

They also have dairy free cheese available at no extra charge. While the pizza is ok, it's not worth writing home about, let alone suggesting to others to eat.

I'm rounding up to 3 stars for being able to accommodate dairy free, vegetarians and even vegans on their menu, as well as having gluten free non pizza meals available.

The taste is out of this world, you have to go to hell pizza for a great pizza taste and that he'll of a experience.

We’ve been here so many times and every time the pizza has been delicious. Normally we would order a Meat Lust pizza or a Cheese pizza. We love them both and order them all the time! They have the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and meat. Often, people don’t like crusts of a pizza, but here, you’re guaranteed to love it. It’s crispy at the crusts and doughy around the center. While you are waiting for your order, you can look at some interesting magazines and smell the delicious scents that wafts from the kitchen. Oh boy, the smells get your mouth watering! When you order a snack box, I’d recommend ordering hash sticks or Crumbed Camemberts. As soon as you bite into a Crumbed Camembert, the hot cheese runs out of the crumby, doughy outside. This place shouldn’t be hell, it’s more like Pizza Heaven!

Pizza was garbage for price asked, id assume this is a nation wide business model issue so ill do myself the favour next time & pass.

Love Hell pizza. They are bit pricey but definitely worth it as we got SO SICK & TIRED of the substandard pizzas from Domino's and Pizza Hut. Hell Pizza haven't yet hit the, pump out whatever pizza with minimal topping as fast as they can with NO thought to the customer and final product, so it's worth the xtra $$$. It's the only pizza my wife will have now after her 1st taste of Hell. Can get some good coupons with the App & pretty easy to use.

A great place to be able to make the pizza the way you like it. The creator pizza. Waiting to meet my creator. With this creature across the table from me.

This place has got to be the worst Hells I've ever been to and this will be the last time I go back here. I always place pickup orders online and when I arrive to collect them the staff tell me "ready 5-10min" and proceed to make it. I guess ordering and paying in advance means nothing to this branch because you still gotta wait around.
Also last year I remember a delivery driver reversing out of my driveway and hitting my neighbour's car and drove off and pretended like he didn't know he hit his car when we called the store and confronted him. Just admit to your mistakes instead of pretending like you didn't hear or feel smashing into someone's car.

That’s it I’m done with Hell, perhaps until later on in life? Ordered the sides prawn horns and onion rings. The so-called prawn horns were actually two small shrimps as per photo, they tasted and felt like I was eating rubber!
I’ve been a weekly customer over the past two years from Hell in Mount Albert. Tonight was my last order! They can go to Hell! Be warned.

We have friends that rave about HELL Mt Albert due to their amazing food quality and speed. We thought we would go and see what the hype was about and tried something different, a vegan Hawaiian pizza on a gluten base.
I must say I was blown away at how good this tasted and how crispy the base was, totally recommend heading along to HELL Mt Albert and trying a pizza for yourself.

Thanks to your mail drop yesterday i found your pamphlet and used the free delivery code on it and boy am I happy I did. Incredible pizzas last night guys, big praise from the whanau who enjoyed the large greed pizza and my snack pizza was hot, delicious, juicy and succulent very tasty. The delivery person was great too, nice and pleasant with manners and left the order where it was instructed thank you MOUNT ALBERT store, pic is the snack pandemonium

Bought 3 boxes of snack pizza, and they were yum! We love the 'Cursed' the most, which has gherkin to balance out the flavour. Really delicious

Good service.the lady driver handles food very carefully due to contactless delivery.
Waited a bit longer than usual, but due to lev 3 it is acceptable.

He’ll pizza mt Albert is my favourite pizza shop. They do good quality pizza and fast delivery. Very good online order system well done he’ll! Thank you I will come back.

Pizza is okay, but delivery driver terrible. Address is clearly labeled on street in large font. Be prepared to deal with some halfwits if you get delivery

Not the greatest pizza. I got the meat lover one and it tasted really weird. My gf got another one and she didn't like hers either. Sooo expensive for something that isn't that great.

Average Hell operation, ordered online and they waited until we got to the store to pickup to inform us that they didn't have the plant based chicken and asked what we wanted to do, gave us a free drink in the end but had to wait for our pizza to be made while we were there, not the first average experience we have had here as well, prefer the Balmoral store to Mt Albert when we have a choice
