HELL Pizza Grey Lynn

Sorry guys but my pizza sucked. I ordered a thin base, vegan one and ended up with a normal double base and only vegetarian with normal cheese! Plus you forgot to add the customized bits.

This is really disappointing and isn't acceptable for a vegan!

Disgusting and terribly raw.even being hungry and ordering the steak and cheese pie pizza, i could not finish.worst thing i’ve ever bought and tasted in my whole life.you need to get it together and actually have quality in the prices you put out because i am VERY unhappy and this is the worst pizza i’ve ever had in my whole life.

How can you REALLY tell about the level of customer service provided by a business? When things go as planned? When there is no surprise? When you are happy with your purchase? No, it's when things go wrong that you will know for sure. Without boring everybody with the details, let me confirm that I was overjoyed by the response of Hell Pizza Grey Lynn. Even more so as I never expected such care being given to a random customer. Well done! Oh, and the pizzas tonight (vegan + meat, both 'creator' type) were absolutely delicious too)

I went today to use my vouchers that I've received from a work event. They didn't just help me out but were also very patient and kind. I had 4 vouchers that took time to process but the customer service stayed consistent through the whole ordering process. Customer service on point!

Went in at 10.45pm tonight only place open in my hood, guys were working hard, were very sweet. Had the pasta and garlic bread. Always cool vibes in this place, glad to be supporting local businesses.

Pizza is always amazing here. The staff are wonderful. I recieved the wrong order and they fixed it for me no issues. They were extremely apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend here for the good service and the best pineapple and ham pizzas

Got delivered by this friendly chap with Curley hair, great service, but more importantly, great smile.

Server should have given 2 forks instead of 1 as we were 2 in store. He packed up and assured forks are inside but we found later that there's just one.

Always on time when you ask for. Staff are friendly. Even on Friday 13th and under the pump, the staff are on to it n friendly.

Hell Pizza is pretty good. It's just a chain, so unlikely you will ever encounter a personality, but they are consistent - like a chain! And they are the BEST pizza chain in NZ - and number two, whoever that is, isn't even close. Great range of vegetarian pizzas, and great range of sides. Nuff said.

Much better second time around! Fresher ingredients, and the pizza was ready and got at the time I ordered. Hell Pizza, the way it's meant to be.

Typical of what I've come to expect from Hell seriously though, wait times can be a bit longer depending on items ordered I think

Absolutely ridiculous pizza. Almost no sauce & the Feta was totally dry and off. Not everyone come drunk to your store on Friday night, whome you can serve whatever you like. Wouldn't prefer going to this store again.

Great vegan options, friendly dudes work there. No women work there tho, why? Try the Sinister on a seed base.

Great Pizza, lamb shanks, corn nuggets etc. Also amazing customer service. When they very rarely make an error on an order they always go above and beyond to fix and compensate with freebies.

Ordered 11th, shocker of a meal, emailed, received a reply on 12th, silence since. If you're gonna deliver rubbish food and not even try to rectify it, you can't expect to keep customers.

Long delay and atrocious customer service. Would rather order from some other Hell store next time.
