Skilled and transparent mechanics. Customer service is good and staff members are understanding. Business hours could be more flexible. At the moment they don’t have alternative payment options like Afterpay, Laybuy etc. However, I was told they’re working on it so would be good to have some alternative payment options available asap. They also have a surcharge on credit card transactions which could be an area for improvement.

Very helpful & efficient. The job came to less than quoted and, as my car required that job for a WOF they even took the car around to VTNZ afterwards and got the WOF completed so that was much appreciated.

Terry and Stephen are fantastic mechanics. Always honest about what work needs doing and how much it will cost. Three times I have used them now, and the cost has been cheaper than quoted. They also do the repairs in a very timely manner. I spent years searching for a good, honest mechanics and have finally found it at Henderson Valley Automotive.

Brilliant work on my car. Costed me the earth, but for the work and the new engine, the price was pretty reasonable.

Absolutely perfect customer service. My car failed its warrant and I called to ask about some quotes and the guy I spoke to went above and beyond. He explained everything I didn't understand and explained how I could actually do most of it myself. He saved me over 200 dollars. In the end didn't need any services from here. So despite it meant he wasn't getting paid he took the time to help me out.
