Awesome service lovely lady in reception knows her job and very helpful I searched all around the South Waikato for the parts for my shower door then got told you can find it here as they are the main distributors for shower parts ie rollers for the shower doors thank you so much my shower is complete again you guys are awesome and there on line too

I recently bought a small bath from Henry Brooks and Co. A beautiful bath but the drain pipes were not a good fit. They came with the bath. They leaked and may well need to be replaced.
Overall disappointing.

I purchased a shower through Henry Brooks. The tray was uneven and couldn't be evened out by the installer, and the shower liner arrived with a dent in it (I saw this on the pallet, but not being a shower installer I didn't think anything of it). I contacted the company who, after calling my builder to get proof that the tray couldn't be installed, gave me a refund for that.but told me they wouldn't refund me the shower liner as it had been damaged in transit, and they felt the likelihood of them getting a claim accepted by the freight company was zero. I disputed this, as it is not my relationship with the freight company, and they refunded me 50% of the shower liner. This set my build back by two weeks, and somehow makes it my fault that the liner turned up dented. Funnily enough one of my tradies told me I would have a fight on my hands to get anything back, so I am guessing they don't have a good reputation in the building industry. I'd stay well clear and go with a reliable brand like Englefield (that's what I ended up with anyway!)

Asked about a shower part, got an extremely rude response. Went and picked it up anyway (well my partner did) and the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive, would never ever use this company again. Terrible service.

Currently we are trying to get a leaking Dreamline shower unit in a recent new build fixed. We advised them of our problems only to receive an unsigned missive about how it is the installers fault not theirs. This may be the case - how would we know? We are only customers. Based on this experience I would not recommend this company whatsoever as they see no benefit in getting involved in (quote) "dispute which is not of my making, has no financial benefit to me" What an attitude!
