This company were sent by my lovely landlord.
Sven (sp?) was very quick, neat, tidy and thoughtful (he left his boots outside!).
He was able to arrive earlier than arranged - which suited me - but rang and asked permission first.
He replaced a very unsafe towel rail with the minimum of fuss and damage possible, and took away the old one.
I would highly recommend this company.
