Grabed so many tools today, only spend 3600, M18FPP2A3 new generation drill and impact driver with 2 battey and charger only 688 plus GST. Really good deal in Hitools!

Worst customer experience ever seriously. Had to use this lot as paslode have them as my local service repair shop. Paslode need their head read.
I had to walk out than bear the wait for my paperwork.

Got this Milwaukee's 6 piece set from Hitools today, can't wait to test them out, but most Milwaukee's products have solid quality so I won't worry too much. Will update in the future after the field test.

Sent a weed trimmer in for repair 2weeks ago was just after how much it will cost l for it to be repaired. Sent an email and called no answer. Maybe they are busy but just some communication would be helpful.

My weed trimmer is still there.

Have had nothing but a smile and the odd freebies good ones too. Price is the best I can find the real brands too

Complete waste of time and money. Dropped my tools off to get fixed under warranty they held them for 2 weeks and gave them back to me still broken. If only we could give 0 stars.

Updated review, picked up my weed trimmer after 2 and a half weeks. No communication until yesterday after I posted a 1 star review. Not long after I recieved an email saying they were busy and because i left a 1 star review they will no longer be repairing my weed trimmer, I was asked to come and collect it in this instance. I have the screenshot and email from my email attempt over a week ago disappointing and unprofessional being the main Ryobi service spot in Auckland. Not a customer friendly establishment.

No respect for me as a customer. I've been waiting for more than 30min for the shop to open at 8am. It is now 8: 30am and still no one in sight. At least a dozen other customers have arrived and left again. This is not how we do business in New Zealand!

This is a tool repair shop located in Unit 8,6 workspace drive, Hobsonville. I once forgot to prepare invoice for warranty job, and they checked the invoice record without extra charge since I bought the tool from them. Wonderful service.
