Horrible hotel. Please stay away. Had to spend a night there due to the flight cancelation

We loved the hotel, it was excellent! Bike friendly people and free parking, great rooms, highly recomandarea! Renato the manager is great! We will definitely come back!

Due to a flight, I checked into the hotel by mistake. All facilities are in good condition.

Why have I not stayed here before? !

The hospitality and service-with-a-smile from every single employee speaks volumes about this Hotel. Definitely consider staying here, the food is fantastic and the chef rightly so exudes pride in the dishes she makes. Reception staff are superbly warm and friendly and waiting staff attentive and genuine. Definitely the best overall exeperience I have had at a hotel for a long time.all this considering I have yet to sleep in the room

Room was quiet and just what we needed for a short stop over, the proximity to airport was good only 5 mins in an Uber. Bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed just the bathroom didn't have an extraction fan so became vary steaming.

Seemed a bit dated. Maybe needs a bit of a freshen up of the decor, carpets, etc.but the beds were comfortable and liked the pillow hard/soft options.

Their safes do not work properly, and it took an age to get the maintenance guy to come to the room.
The room was comfortable.
It's a bit far from the town centre, but close to the airport.

Unfortunately there was a defect in the extractor fan in the bathroom and the noise was deafening all through the night

Was part of a disrupted flight from Sydney to Blenheim via Auckland. Flight from Sydney didn't arrive in time for me to get connecting flight. Was put up at Holiday Inn near Akl Airport. About 7kms away. Very basic hotel, badly designed. Couldn't get room service for dinner as that wasn't part of the agreement with Air NZ. Buffet dinner was a joke.
Only one side of bed had a PowerPoint.
Didn't stock any toiletries.
Wake-up call was 5mins late

Had our isolation here and our experience was very vood. Room provided to us didn't have much sunlight though. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. Food tastes a little bit bland, wish they could have introduce more variety and meal selection. Overall, it's a pleasant stay here in Holiday Inn Auckland.

Here for MIQ and I really can't recommend it enough! Aside from the facilities being great the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming!

Great Isolation centre. Team here is really great. Hotel staff also so nice. So comfortable stay, it does not feel that we are in MIQ. Welldone GM HI, keep it up.

As a tour coach driver, nice parking and kind staff. Good location near Airport and AdBlue fuel very close Waitomo station. Can use Mobil fuel card.

Stayed here for 2 weeks whilst in MIQ. Was blown away, well Beyond my expectations. The room was tidy, large and clean. Private Outdoor area was a godsend. All staff were friendly and accomodating, laundry got done really quickly. Sky TV was nice. Shower was always hot and high pressured. Hotel grounds were well kept and the tropical theme was pleasant.

Stayed here on our hotel quarantine for 14 days. Staff were very helpful and everything was clean and nice. Definitely enjoyed the beautiful gardens and view from our balcony to the garden.

Friendly staff at the gate manning the isolation hotel. Thanks for dropping all the deliveries off to my boy and for keeping NZ safe.

The Biggest Thank You! To every single person on staff here during the isolation period. From the front of house to the back you have all been amazing. I have enjoyed my quarantine with you here at the Holiday Inn right from when I walked in to which is my last night with you today. I have been well feed, walked and entertained by your humours staff members, army, police, navy and security who took the time to chat and check up on me. Because of you all I am grateful to be returning to my family in the best of spirits. I will definitely return once all this is done and stay as a paying customer. Merry Christmas to you all. Cleanliness was top notch, service was incredible and food was good. The free shuttle to the airport and free parking whilst we were away on holiday took the stress out of car storage and early morning flights. Would definitely recommend this place.
