2Mr. Hollings was utterly dreadful. Unprofessional manner and came totally unprepared for the renovation valuation I requested. Displayed utter greed by requesting more money to undertake the valuation and then arrived without reading the scope or viewing any of the quotes provided. For some reason he felt I needed to hear his personal opinion on my design intent. I strongly advise you do NOT use Hollings Valuations.
I can't recommend Steve Hollings service. He barely spent 10-15 minutes and didn't consider actual property features at all. His valuation was less accurate than automated valuations from TradeMe, Homes.co.nz and oneRoof.co.nz. We've got proper valuation in a week from another professional valuer. Don't waste your money on Hollings Valuations. Try to hire real professionals.
