Amazing service. I've been a HomePlus North Shore Customer for over ten years and the service I've received in 2023 is the best ever. Above and beyond. I can't recommend this company enough.:)

I had a great experience of maintain/fixing one of my balcony door from HomePlus. I called them to see if they can help to fix my door, they booked in a free on site visit/quote. The guy Dirk is such a nice and helpful guy, ended up he helped to fix the door, also had a check with our slide door and fix the wheel problem even though the door is not from them. What a great guy and great experience:) keep up the good work and thanks Dirk:)

Very disappointing as they can not keep up with their given timeframe for installation and this was the second time.

They knew exactly what we needed doing when it came to a new pool gate, they listened and provided a great product.

We got a large screen door with dog door plus a few extra screens for windows around the house. Great communication and updates (even through COVID delays). The installation was easy for us, the installer was super informed and answered all our questions with ease. Was an great experience.

Very bad service. I am aware that the receptionist was temp but she did not know anything and couldn't answer are questions. She also said they were not taking any more orders as the were too busy and we were told to try another store

Early 2019 I had wardrobe storage and a screen door installed.
The screen door I asked to be pet proof, they gave me the “paw proof” screen door. The cats can push their head right underneath it and get out onto the balcony (the intention was to keep them in while letting the air through) It is flimsy and pointless for us and it was over $1000. Not worth the price tag for the quality of the product.
For the wardrobe solution they firstly installed it around the entirely wrong way. They then installed it far too low, then far too high. Eventually I had it installed at an “acceptable position” but was still not what was proposed in the beginning.
For the price tag home plus is not worth it and I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from the initial phone call right through to the final installation and product. I was kept well informed throughout the process and communication was good. Installation was done well and to a high standard of care. I am very pleased with the aluminium balustrade on both our old and new deck.

Good product but very late delivery. This is a trend with many New Zealand businesses lately. Not good for business. It puts you off from buying things.

Cost effective practical design solution to an Aluminium Privacy Screen installation requiring mounting off face of block wall. Dave and his team did well!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with these guys.

Had to wait well over 10 weeks for the screens to arrive and at the end it wasn't what I ordered.

Rude people who take your money but don't do a good job. Absolutely disgusting
