Hired them for plaster repair, exterior painting and concrete roof restoration projects.

Work started once the deposit paid but lasted for only one or two days and stopped without any explanation.
At first, I thought it was due to bad weather and waited for about 2 weeks but soon I realized I was totally neglected, forgotten. Oh my God.how could it happen in normal business?

I asked them numerous times to finish the work as planned but they delayed the schedule many times, they never apologized for it.
Normally the contractor calls the client and say sorry if the schedule should be delayed, but they never did it, I had to initiate the call every time and it made me feel like I was begging for their service.

At last work resumed after about three months delay and finished some weeks ago.

Unfortunately, I discovered a leak from the roof and it caused the damage to the interior ceiling and I requested them a fix.
Unexpected problems can happen, if the contractor deals with it seriously and takes action quickly, the client would feel happy, would change the frustrated situation to a delighted one.

I called them for an urgent warranty repair 8 days ago, but I'm still waiting for their action, just praying for no more rain.it's a bad, bad feeling.

I deeply regret choosing this company.

The team of HomeSmart Roofing (for me Kurt, Caine, and Kelly) have done a great job cleaning and re-painting the roof of my house. It looks like new and gives me Peace of Mind. Thank you for a job well done.

The team at Home Smart were great to deal with, easy to get a hold of and a quick response time. I had a leak in my roof and they organised all the scaffolding quickly and as soon as weather permitted they replaced part of my roof and repaired my chimney. Top group of people I would recommend.

Bruce, Ruel & the entire Homesmart team did an excellent job of painting, plastering and doing multiple plaster repairs both inside and out of my new home. I chose Homesmart as they offered the entire package; painting, plastering and gib-stopping, and also recommended an excellent builder to undertake additional work as needed. Nothing was too much for them and the pride in their work, attention to detail and their standard of work is second to none. I highly recommend and will be using them again.

Excellent workmanship from both the plaster repairs on the plasterboard cladding, to the repainting of the entire exterior. Unfortunately the job did seem to take a long time to complete, with large chunks of time between workdays.

Homesmart did some external cladding repairs and colour paint matched the work to our house colour. Both Tony and Kellie kept me up to date every step of the way, we had to battle the weather several times over before the job could be completed. I would recommend this company to others.
