We purchase the new Honda CRV 2023 Model and Allan Chu was very helpful and help us through all the process. It is our first time to have a brand new car and we are skeptical if we need a new car. Mind you it is all worth it at the end:). Allan made sure that we are all assisted and made our experience worth it:). It was a birthday gift so he made sure that when we took the car that it was very special. His work mate Richard was also very helpful on the day that we drove the car home. David the manager and Cecillia from finance are also helpful. I would also like to thank Shiv Sharma in the service department for helping me on my old honda car. You guys rock:) until our next purchase:)

Got our third car from Honda Newmarket and the experience was nice and smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership. Look for Allan Vivero, who answered every single question we had. He gives us prompt updates for when we were processing the purchase and even helped me set up carplay on the day I picked up the car.

Hello everyone, I'm really not satisfied every time I bring my car here for maintenance. After each service, my car appeared more scratches on the outside of the car, I showed the manager there the scratches, emailed them pictures of the scratches and they made an appointment will get back to me but I haven't received any call from them for a long time. To this day I took the car back and reported it to them about scratches but the only response I received was a disclaimer and told me to take the car to another place for repair those scratches.really bad

Me and wife decided to get a new car for this year and since we are a honda car user we decided to check with #HondaNewMarket to look for a model that would suit our needs and lifestile. Good thing Mr. Allan Vivero (honda ambassador) was there to assist us. He was exemplary as he goes extra mile of doing a fantastic service to assist us to acquire our dream car-Honda CRV from day 1 until the date of release. Allan Chu was very helpful from the start to booking a test drive til purchasing the unit. He is knowledgeable about his products. He even let us drive the car to our place to be sure that we will not have any problems with parking in our garage as we have a very steep driveway. Great experience with their friendly customer service. Special thanks to Miss Cecilia for helping us with this purchase. Will definitely recommend Allan and his team

So I bought a Honda Accord from Honda Northshore a few years back. Sales lady was lovely btw. Car ran fine for a few years no issue whatsoever until the transmission went. Was told by the extremely rude man that answered the phone at Honda Newmarket (after threatening to hang up on me) that it was my own fault that the car had broken down because I hadn't taken it to honda for servicing? ! Funny thing is.in my circle there are 4 other people with the exact same car and two have lost their transmissions which indicates to me that it is a common issue with these cars.
Long story short got rid of the car.started looking for a replacement, saw a car that I liked at Honda but decided to give the place a wide berth after the unpleasant experience I had with the person who the website listed as the 'after sales manager' or words to that effect.

Honda Newmarket's service section is not professional. They didn't keep their word, said wof and service will be done together but I have to go again to get the wof done.
And their cleaning is not good as other branches (Honda botany), also the way they deal with there customers should be better.
Their warranty department should learn how reputed companies work. They charged me for replacing a part saying my warranty finished 3 months before. It was only 30 dollars and they could have replaced it as a gesture of good will. How could we trust them for a major failure, if this is what they do for 30 dollars?

Was quoted $600ish. Walked out spending just over $1100. Most of the extras should have been quoted in the initial quote for a 100k service (fuel filter change and top tune added) both $200 each. Suggested I replace my rear break pads when they have half their life left in them and they said it would cost $200. Didn't do spark plugs, they wanted an extra $200 for that and should have been included in the service. Can get high performance ones for $80 and put them in myself within 15min to 30min.

My family and I paid a visit to get more information about the new Honda Jazz 2022. We were very nicely accommodated by their sales ambassador Mr. Allan Vivero as soon as we stepped inside. He carefully explained in detail everything we have asked for. He helped us with buying our first brand new car. It was really helpful as this is our first time buying a brand new car. He also helped us to fully understand how it works. We were very satisfied with their customer service as Mr. Allan Vivero and Mr. David Yu would still reach us even though they were on their day off. It was a really great experience for us. I would definitely recommend people to go at the Honda Newmarket branch.

Got my car serviced, was very pricey. They offered lots of extra things to be done to the car including replacing the battery. I declined the battery for now, as I had not had any issues with the battery or car starting. When I went to collect the car I paid and got the key only to find the car would not start. It had been left with a completely flat battery after spending over $900 for the service. When I told the customer service guy he pointed out that i had declined to have the battery replaced, then i had to wait while he got a jump starter to start the car. Very poor form to leave the car in this state. I drove my car to work everyday prior to the service with no issues of the car not starting, and no issues with the battery after this.

Called to ask for a quote on replacing a clutch, was told I would be called back.
Called again 3 days later to hear the same thing.
They responded 7 days later.

Also wanted to trade a car through them and they said they'd get back to me after they saw the car and took the photos. Never got back to me

Communication is severely lacking in this branch

Did full service and wof with them. Disappointed when compared with other service providers e.g. Toyota. Service department attendants lack experience and listening skill.

Top notch service and the staff are very professional. We bought our car here 5 years ago and every visit for our service, we’re treated like new customers. The rates are a bit pricey but the service is guaranteed A+. Sales Agent Chris Wong and Allan Vivero are the go to guys and are generous with giving advices and options without the feeling of being too pushy.
