Hot Spring Spa Pools (Newmarket)

Caroline gave us excellent customer service - able to find the cover we needed and order efficiently along with genuine desire to help - thankyou

After about 8 months we now have our Hotspring Aria spa.
Caroline at the Newmarket shop communicated with us while we waited for our spa and a wait it was.
We ended up choosing a spa that was in stock and within a week it was delivered and installed.
Caroline has gone above and beyond to walk us through these early days of learning to operate our spa.
All questions were answered in a friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble, I felt so relaxed asking anything whether it be big it small.
We are still learning, might take a while to sink in, with Caroline’s help we will get there.
Also a big thanks to Keegan who sold us the Aria, he answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble.

Do not park in front of HOT SPRING SPA POOLS NEW MARKET unless you are a customer of them. Got threaten by the worker to move your vehicle or you will get tow away. 10 out of 10 for this worker who like to destory any furture potential customer. Auckland Transport should liase with this company to have the issue resolved.

We had been looking for the perfect spa for our needs for a few months.
We made more than one visit to the Newmarket branch to do a test soak & also talk about the various options. Thoroughly recommend the excellent sales rep at this branch. She is amazing! We found Caroline to be very friendly & knowledgeable. She really went the extra mile to help us make the right choice. Hot Springs you are blessed to have her on your team. She deserves a promotion!
We choose the Highlife Triumph model in the end as it had all the features that we were looking for & had the added benefit of being able to use the Freshwater*salt system. We absolutely love it!

I have mixed reviews of this shop. Caroline Critchley gets an outstanding endorsement for her dedication, patience and assistance with using the chlorine and products. Always happy to help and kind. Sadly when she is not there Lee is sullen and disinterested. Over the lockdown I called to ask about ordering some chlorine and when the shop might be open. Lee automatically put the order through. I wanted to wait until level 2 and collect myself but he said I could not cancel. Eventually I managed to tell him to cancel the order. Today went to the shop tentatively unsure who would be on duty and Caroline was there about to shut the shop for lunch but she kindly opened the door and helped me instantly. Would be nice if Lee were to work on his customer service skills.

Wonderful support even during Level 4 lockdown. We have had our Hot Spring Vanguard for 3 years and it is easy to maintain and so relaxing to use. Just chatted online for a maintenance issue and was able to diagnose and resolve at 330pm on a Saturday during lockdown. Great product and great service. Thanks.

We bought our Infinity Pool from Hot Springs and it has been awesome! I just love getting in daily for a swim.

I got my spa pool 2 years ago and it has got treadmill, swimming function and spa. It is great you don't need go to public swimming pool anymore and only cost you $4/per day to keep the water warm. Also their staff Caroline and Dave is very helpful And friendly. I definitely recommend my friends to buy one of those spa.

The team at HotSprings Newmarket were awesome to deal with, I walked in unsure of what I was looking for and walked out a happy customer! I delt mainly with Dean who was super knowledgeable about their products. I was also impressed by their ongoing support when I was having questions about chlorine levels and water quality etc, Nice to know they care post the sale! If your looking for a spa, make sure you check them out! Highly reccomend their service and support.

I bought my spa pool 2 years ago and Caroline can still remember my name. She has been very helpful in answering all my questions. The running cost is much lower than expected and actually you don't need to be a chemist to have a spa pool.

I purchased a Beam spa before Xmas and the family absolutely love it! I couldn't fault the Newmarket team who were fantastic throughout the purchasing process and also helping me get up to speed with the water maintenance requirements going forward. First class post sale care. If you are looking at buying a spa I would highly recommend a hot springs model and dealing with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Newmarket showroom.
