Have been enjoying my salt water spa for over 7 years now and it's amazing! Would only look at a Hot Spring Spa going forward. Thank you to Lee!

Got the sale price we were after (eventually). Very happy with the finished product, quality and low running cost. Delivery via Little lifters (hiab/small crane) was very easy and they were great to deal with. Install was quick. Very painless process A+

Great quality spa pools, had ours for over 6 years now with no issues. Just annoying that the staff member isn’t there on time on a Sunday morning when I went to buy supplies.don’t think the harbour bridge is closed this time. Will be buying online from now on.

Terrible service. Website opening hours are wrong. Got there on a Sunday at 10am to only see a note on the door stating show room open from 12noon on Sundays. Came back at 12 noon and no one there. Opened at 1 top 1.30pm due to rep coming fro North Shore and harbour bridge being closed. Wasted most of my day just trying to have a look at the stock and when we walked in not even a hello, how are you. Rude and website needs updating.

Dean was fantastic from first call until delivery earlier today. Having had the same Hot Spring for almost 30 years I had lots of questions & some high expectations. All were met. Nothing was too difficult & I felt extremely valued as a customer. And Tristan, who delivered my spa, was also extremely pleasant, personable & knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for their excellent service and attention to detail. They are both great ambassadors for this premium brand.

Dean from Botany Hot Spring Spa Pools was very helpful. He listened carefully, sourced the filter I required and sent it by courier. I had it by the next business day. I would definitely recommend him and the business.

Jeremy at Hot Springs Botany is the man to see if you want to buy a spa! Would highly recommend them as they have made the process so easy for us from the sale through to the set up! Any issues they were happy to help and were only a phone call away.

Went to botany showroom today to buy a spa that I had looked at at Xmas but was unable to show my husband until today your salesman was not interested in us unless I asked him a question which I had a few in between questions he went back to his phone I was pretty peeved as I had to do all the asking instead of volunteering us info the lady at Xmas was delightful he bagged the opposition alpine spas my husband and I really wanted that spa but don't want to give him our money! It's only 10 500 perhaps not enough

Sales effort was sharp but service has been hopeless. Paid +$30k for spa to ensure we got service - spa is in Pauanui so we dont expect fast service but warranty job logged in Nov and still not even looked at by Christmas is unacceptable.

I have purchased two pools from HotSpring. They gave us s very good trade-in price for the old one and service and delivery was great. Good follow-up and always friendly when we have questions.

Shocking service is the only way to describe it! These staff are not interested in helping you, very biased information given only on their products and will bad mouth the rest. Buyers beware!
