Hot Water Fast Fix

Our hot water cylinder pipe was leaking/dripping and the latest a bigger than usual water bill gave us the push to get help from a hot water specialist urgently. We sent out several enquiries and since it is a Friday, we didn't think it will get sorted until next week. Rob surprised us! Not only he is the first one to respond, he assessed the issue through a photo, provided clear (and resonable) itemised cost and fix it the same day, to be more accurate in less than 3 hours from the time the enquiry was sent! He also went above and beyond to free the stuck main water tap. We are very grateful for his amazing skill and service. Highly recommended!

After contacting him, we arranged a repair for the very next day. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Rob installed a new HW cylinder 10 months ago and we were very happy with his service. About 10 months into the 12 month warranty, a problem developed suddenly, with the pressure limiting v/v and he was very helpful in assisting us to resolve the resultant claim. Would thoroughly recommend him.

Rang and left message around 6pm on Friday, their website says no extra charge for outside business hours. Business hours: 8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Monday at 5.15pm still not heard from them, when a cylinder fails it needs to be replaced.
