Amazing team, Jordan and Cherry were awesome, they spent time explaining everything about the menu as it was our first visit, today was my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday song and a plate on the house and a voucher, amazing experience, great atmosphere and the team there deserves all the best, you guys are the best,

Went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great place to eat high quality, delicious hotpot. Ordered the veg platter and various cuts of meat. They have a good sauce station and efficient service. It will usually cost around 50$/pp.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDABLE! The food was fantastic and had an amazing chance. It was such a fun experience, very involving and engaging, and it was q very fun thing to do with my family - recommended as an activity with family/friends. The fact you have to cook your food leaves you no choise but to eat it a bit slower than you normally would, which is healthy and good for you.
To sum up, it was an amazing experience and I absolutely loved it!

Expectations was as good as the photo but the fact is - I'm writing the review in the toilet at home having Dieareea. Typical before and after.

The freshness of the meat is suspicious, and the pot taste too salty. The heavy taste might cover the unfresh smell. That's not how a great hotpot taste like.

Last time my other friend complained about the smell of oil seems oxidized, and this time is just disappointing.

Tomato soup was great! The Beef soup was too oily for my liking and the chicken soup could use more flavor. We ordered way to much i suppose (3 meat, 3 sides, 2 veggies) and for a party of three but it was super filling.

Now the downside:
The waiter took one of our side dishes wrong, it was untouched and i explained kindly that she took it wrong and if she can replace it. As a customer, of course you would expect a swift "let me fix this for you" because she had it wrong. I was surprised that she said "it cannot be replaced". First, my friend heard what I ordered correctly and there was not even an apology or explanation why it was so she just said "no cannot change". That's pretty annoying and ruined the night for me. And that side dish was tough and not even edible!

Quite Disappointed tbh. Ridiculous Service! Came in stood there waited to be seated at least 5 minutes, 5 different employees walked forward and back in front of me left me feeling very transparent. I didn't stand the service walked out. Came back again today service was better but food was ridiculous, last dish to arrive was a deep fried. Brought it to the table, I advised it was over cooked just by seeing the colour. The claimed it was freshly cooked. I took a bite and found it was cold. Took it to the manager and she took one off the plate and said it was hot. She took it into the kitchen gave it to the chef the chef said its like this, it not over cooked. Not coming here. 1 star reviewed

Back again! Since the last visit cause I had a chat with the Owner and guaranteed retraining was going to be provided. Last post forgot to mention the food is fab. Today when I returned the service was much better. 4 star review. Space for improvement but satisfied as a paying customer.

Great place for family and friendly to catch up and enjoy the real Hotpot in Auckland. Exceptional presentation and fresh looking for their food, you won’t be disappointed if you want to taste the traditional Chinese Hotpot. Staffs are very friendly and whole place is nice and clean. We will definitely come back again.

Visiting this location a second time. It was pretty delicious and using good quality ingredients. The restaurant was clean, and the waiters provided pleasant service. Highly recommended!

First time for this type of hotpot. Six of us for birthday lunch. Beautifully presented to the smallest detail in every aspect. Wonderful meal.

We brought a cake for celebrating my birthday, the staff saw it, so brought me a birthday noodle (長壽面 noodle of longevity), with playing birthday song that surprised me! We ordered one mushroom broth, one signature spicy broth, both taste rich, and so good. Food is fresh and affordable. Great place for having a lovely dinner with family or friends.

Delicious food, reasonable price, comfortable seats, nice warm place for hot pot in cold weather. I would give it 5 star if service wasn't too slow. We ordered variety of meats that go well with hot pot by the time they brought everything to us soup almost dried out, we ended up cancelling some of the items as it was way late that we were full with other stuff. Apart from slow service it was well worth it. They were really busy though so understandable that service was slow. I would still go back there again.

The food is fresh and service is great. My entire mouth was just buzzing and the tongue was tingling. Fully recommend the spicy hot pot.

The whole experience was fantastic! The food and presentation including dry ice for ambience was very impressive. Thoroughly recommended.

This is some high quality hot pot. Everything is very fancy and at a very affordable price. Be weary of the spicyness, I am used to spicy food but at 2/5 we were a mess! The presentation of meat as they bring it out is stunning, and everything is super clean and sanitary. Napkins are in the table drawers, check out my photo for a look at the split pot setup.

Big space, clean, professional but yet cosy staff, feels like home. Great for kids too (we brought 4 under 10s with us) yet got served very well. Authentic steamboat/hotpot (whichever you like to call it), orders come in good portion. This is top of my hotpot place in auckland, period.

If you're looking for nice spicy hotpot place then look no more. You can control how spicy you want the soup base. Staff members are very helpful.

The customer service is really good, slightly expensive but worthy for the environment, food and services. Keep it up!
