House of Haghi

Having purchased several rugs in person in Haghi's shop some years ago but having left Auckland in the meantime, we selected our beautiful, new rug from their website which we found worked very well for us and and was easy to use. We are very pleased indeed with our new rug and its excellent quality, and good price. Haghi's service and communication have been exemplary: always friendly, very helpful and prompt. We find as customers that buying from websites is not always easy when we can't see and inspect what we are buying nor be with the person we are buying from. Haghi's great service and communication helped a lot to reassure us about that in this purchase.

Zara and Marie, offered such an atmosphere of hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. They graciously allowed us to take several rugs out of Auckland for a week, and then even offered to drop off other rugs. We have not just bought two carpets, we have bought a story made rich by the personal service of Haghi Rugs.

We were looking for a rug for our apartment and Zara could not have been more helpful. She understood what we were after and offered several alternatives. We eventually chose one which was at another store. Zara and her son delivered it to our apartment and it was no problem for us to keep the rug overnight while we made up our minds. Naturally we loved it and sealed the deal with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely turn to House of Haghi next time we are after a rug! 5 Star!
