Absolutely phenomenal experience. After months of struggling with previous mechanics and getting nowhere very quickly, I took a leap of faith and bought my Audi into them without seeing reviews or feedback from anyone.

Tammy, Dion and the team had brilliant communication, worked through the MANY faults in a timely manner and persevered till the car was running smooth. Always willing to have a laugh while providing honest progress updates, I couldn't recommend this team highly enough.

Took my van in to get the breaks and tires replaced at the last minute. Dion managed to have it done within the week even though they were already busy. Really appreciate it. Would highly recommend them. Friendly and fast service

Highly recommend this business! Dion and the team are eager to help wherever they can while staying professional and friendly—the second time around, taking my motorhome back to them for some repairs and modifications. Dion goes out of his way to find the best solutions but is also very realistic about keeping the answers to the repairs I have had practical while staying inside of a decent spending limit.

My first time coming to this place, recommend by a family member. The staffs are very professional for their service. The WOF is done very quick without any extra unnecessary charge which I have been experienced at other places previously. Will definitely go back later on with other cars. Highly recommend!

I was recommended by a friend to go to HOWICK AUTO for my WOF and I will 100% be recommending other people go there too. Dion did the WOF and he was super onto it. A prompt and friendly greeting, no waiting around and he was on the job. Honestly the best experience with a mechanic I've had. 10/10 for customer service between Dion and Tammy, it makes all the difference.

I brought them a tricky problem car that several others had tried and failed to find/fix the fault. Dion did an amazing job tracking it down and fixing it, he is very knowledgeable and has the right tools and experience. Would highly recommend.

Really nice people. Went in for a kill switch/battery disconnect. Dion is the very nice man who explained my options and later rang to give quotes after checking what would be the best system and pricing parts. Tammy is full of beans and comes across as organised and very accommodating. When I picked up the car Jayden (?) explained how everything worked, a very polite young man. I would definitely recommend this place. There's cars everywhere which I think shows how many people use their services. Thank you very much.

I had a really simple issue with my headlights and these guys did a thorough investigation and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Recommended

In my experience recently in this shops was miserable and unhappy with their jobs. The worst thing happened even though it was back job for them
I had pay a new bills new problem parts to replaced "I don'tknow how really true". But the problem is the same as before. 3x i returned my car same problem and 3x i paid bills for 1 problem Air condition.i would rather to pull out and find a truly professional that can solve the problem rather than guessing. I dont want to detail my bad experience in this shop. For me they are not professional or lack of experience to handle AC problem without quality of work.

These guys are amazing, they always deliver fantastic service and are super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend
