Booked in to repair a job they have done for us in the past. On the morning of, they rang up to say that they didn't want to do the job. Very unprofessional.

Very bad and disappointing service. The technician broke the glass on the ranch slider while replacing the cat door and I had to pay for the glass repair. He was very rude as well.

We work with Howick Glass and have always been very impressed with how they operate. You can tell the owners have put a lot of time and care into their business to ensure their customers get a great experience. Many people there appear to be repeat customers and know the staff on a first name basis which implies a very high level of satisfaction. We had some work done on one of our offices and the glazier made multiple recommendations regarding security which we hadn't even considered. Definitely recommend this place, great service.

I want to thank the team at Howick Glass for their exceptional service. As soon as I called to get a quote, the receptionist arranged an appointment time. The guys came over and measured, and within an hour, I had a quote in my inbox. I was blown away by how quick it was.
After receiving the quote and approving the job, the team fitted the new glass within 24 hours. The guys showed a lot of professionalism; they were on time, communicated with me each time they were close to my house, provided a good quality repair, and even removed the broken glass! I would not hesitate to use this team again; thank you for your fantastic service.

The guys were very punctual and polite. Unfortunately there was a slight misunderstanding with the beautiful bevelled mirror being mounted to the wall slightly too far to the right. After they left, I realised the problem and called the company. Within half an hour the boys were back and very efficiently lifted the mirror from the wall and re-placed it in the desired position. Thank you guys for such professional work and we will not hesitate to use Howick Glass again should we need to.

The boys were great tidy and respectful, but the best thing of all was the price of the job. I got my repair significantly cheaper than other company quotes and they were flexible with paying invoice after a few days of completing the job. Very grateful thanks Howick glass.

Terrible communication from office. Installer service was great. Could of been tidier should of layed floor with sheet & vacumed when removing broken glass.
