Humphreys was very professional from the initial meeting to the final product. Excellent communication and the gardeners on site were great.

Humphreys have been our regular gardeners for years and recently we engaged them to undertake a project to rethink our backyard. We're pleased we did. Every interaction with them has been fantastic, from initial consultation to design to implementation. A big shout out in particular to Alex and Tom, as well as Carlos and another Tom, who were professional, hard working and good guys to have around. Despite nearly 2 weeks of miserable wet weather, they never let up and the end result is amazing. I thoroughly recommend Humphreys for both garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

The team at Humphreys have been fantastic… from the design process to the execution. The boys working on site were friendly and professional, working hard through the Christmas period to get the job done and we are thrilled with the results. The project was delivered to plan and we were engaged throughout on progress. Humphreys Landscaping have just finished a redesign and planting of my garden. The end result is wonderful! The whole process from design to completion was so easy for me. The team were truly exceptional - from talented designer Paul Southan to the skilled and meticulous work carried out by Jeremy, George, Shane and Zack. In the end it is the people who make a business what it is; and Humphreys have some of the very best!

We have had the team at Humphreys Landscaping manage our lawn care and gardens for the past 6 months and have to say they do an amazing job. They provide a great level of communication, professionalism and ease in booking. Combine that with a fantastic service on the ground and their hard to beat. Will be using for years to come!

This has been a long relationship since 1995. After an 8 year break the service was excellent. Very professional and still friendly.

Humphreys did an excellent job tranforming our property. The whole team was very professional and great to deal with. Tom and Jason on site did an amazing job. Nothing was ever an issue, would highly recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Really awful company to deal with. They are employed by our neighbours, not me.
One of the gardeners poked his head over the fence asking to access the neighbour's hedge to trim it. I granted access and continued what I was busy with, came out to find he had not touched the neighbour's hedge, instead cutting off over a meter of ours without permission. It should also be noted I could have done a tidier/straighter job blindfolded.
It completely took away all privacy in our courtyard.
Have tried to rectify this directly with the company. Unfortunately because I'm not the person paying the bill they couldn't care less.
They promised me (in writing) "to care, fertilise and look after the hedges until they have grown back to the former height", dated 10 March 2020.
Here we are in January 2021 and they haven't done a thing and we're still living with no privacy. Disappointing.

These guys are expensive, & you should ask for their best & most experienced Team Leaders (not apprentices unless you negotiate a lower rate). However, they have the best designers & most experienced management.
If you have lawns, you must try TLC (Total Lawn Care) separately though. They are THE BEST in the business! K:)

I want to thank Diogo and Ruby and their managers who did gardening for us for more than two years. They are very professional and efficient. What they done are exactly what we want. We are happy to keep the business relationship in future with your company who provides such good staff. Also Someone contacted me when it reduced to level 3. It's a wonderful customer experience. I can feel we are taking care by you guys. I know it's not easy to the local company to survive during the lockdown. Hope we can get through this pandemic as soon as possible.

I have used these guys for upgrades & maintenance for > 4 years & have never been disappointed. Very professional, friendly & do a great job!

I chose not to take their quoted service, as they seemed too pricey comparatively. Therefore I cannot give them a 5star rating.

Great team and a fantastic result which exceeded expectations.

Their workers are loud and obnoxious frequently stopping for smoke breaks and playing music to a level where it disturbs neighbors and the street.
