When investigating the needs of some significant building maintenance work we met with Hydroproof NZ Ltd and we felt a good degree of confidence in their approach. When we commenced the actual work we discovered other water proofing issues along the way and felt the team at Hydroproof took an honest and best end result attitude without cutting corners. Along the course of the work it was a team, contractor and property owner making the right calls in combination. Highly recommended.

We had Hydroproof attend to waterproofing the flat roofs on our home and can highly recommend them. Their service was great, the boys that did the work were so friendly, polite and did an excellent job. We are very happy with their work and would use them again
Although they may do an excellent job of waterproofing, unfortunately their customer service is a little lacking. I called and spoke to someone about quoting for a job for us waterproofing a deck, and they asked me to email using the website enquiry.that was 19 days ago and I've sent 2 emails since (and received their auto email response back saying they will be in touch). No response (calls or email) at all. Disappointing - hopefully not typical treatment for people wanting to use their services.
