Hyper Drive

I've just had a full audio upgrade done by these guys @Hyperdrivenz. All speakers & head unit replaced, adding a sub & amp. Spent a lot of time with Ken on my 1st visit. I chose to work with them due to their professional service and the range of products were top shelf. I can now see why the products they recommended were ideal for my Ute. The finish looks flawless and that sound. The sound is perfect and the Kicker products are amazing. Fair to say I was very particular on what I wanted and the look I was after. TK & Ken looked after me all they way through & delivered to my needs. Those photo's taken throughout the fitout showing their progress was a value add too. I travelled from BOP so the use of their loan vehicle was greatly appreciated.

During the wheel alignment stage of the job a rear toe in bolt snapped due to age and rust. The team drove to the specialist bolt supplier and refitted it.
The extra work and time were not charged for just 'part of the service"

Amazing tyre and wheel shopping experience. Super easy and convenient to get tyres for car. Good deals online. But not recommended for window tinting I spent 400$ for tint and they did what's legal but that wasn't my expectation. For tyres and wheels 5 stars but window tinting at hyper drive only 1 star.

The store has no credibility. They'll give their customers tires that are five years old, and then all kinds of blame games waste time. So when you choose this store, pay attention to what kind of tires they use on you.

I used Hyper Drive to get a tyre replaced and I am super impressed. Amazing communication & value for money. The installer wasn't able to fit the tyre as we had an issue with the wheel but explained what was wrong, where we could get a replacement and then came back and installed the tyre (without further charge). Thanks so much for making a stressful situation so easy!

Another great experience with Hyperdrive. Ordered BGW Apex wheels to be delivered to my Installer. Got a phone call from Hyperdrive to let me know about the Installation date being moved by 1 Day. The Wheels arrived with all mounting accessories such as Hub Rings and Lug Bolts. Installation was a breeze and now the car looks so much better) Thanks Hyperdrive!

Fast friendly service.
I accidentally booked the wrong day so rang customer service who made it easy to change the date and location of the service.
On arrival, I had a few questions and was really impressed when the lady at the counter took her time to answer in detail, explaining what I needed and what the options were.

Nice price and good customer care at the front desk, but unprofessional work at the back, recently I bought new Blackhawk rims for my Toyota Highlander but who has done it wasn’t ok, untidy booth, marks all over the back, socket he used forgot in the cup holder at the front, I’ll upload some photos,

I drove from Whangārei to purchase a set of wheels. TK was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process, with a great attitude and sales manner. I would happily deal with TK again.
