These guys deserve absolute 10 stars for truly exceptional service! I had couple of quotes elsewhere and I nearly drove pass them and thought oh I might have a look. I'm so glad I did! Their quote came best in price and best in quality. And when there was misscomunication about date instalment they did absolutely everything to get things done and they went above and around to get the job done! I will so highly recommend to all friends and family and surely will use them again in a future! Thank you Ross, Jenny and great team for your truthful care, beautiful soft carpet and perfect to every tiny detail installation. Nothing was missed! The installation guys have done great job too! 10 stars for top team!

Thank you Ian and your team for the great work, this has been THE BEST experience ever. Ian is professional, knowledgable, caring and effiecient, solved my problem and came up with a solution very fast, every thing was taken good care of, such a peace of mind. Ian, Barb, the carpet layer, everyone is so nice and helpul. The result was amazing, I couldn't even tell where they joined the carpet, its clean and tidy, real neat, would definitely recommend to friends, such a pleasure to work with them.

Pretty disappointed with these guys. The carpet layer came on 3 occasions. I had to clean up after him and when i expressed my disappointment with Jennifer she told me they don't clean up after themselves. Our house was a mess. On top of this i had to clean greasy fingerprints from all the doors that were removed. Came back a 3rd time to rectify terrible joins in the carpet.

Thank goodness Ian Hunt Flooring Albany was open over the Christmas break! Frank from the shop front was helpful and knowledgeable about the fibres and wear of the carpet. Even though he had a number of people to balance requests from, he still remembered to come back and check in with me.

Sales information was great however their after sales service was dreadful. We ended up with poorly laid carpet which ultimately had to be done. They weren't interested in getting the problem sorted or dealing with us once they had our money. Very disappointing.

Honestly, go somewhere else. Salesperson came round very personable he was too. Took measurements, observed the glass panels and bespoke stainless steel skirting boards in the kitchen and the freshly painted skirting boards in the rest of the house and departed. Without saying 'you will have to remove the skirting boards or cut them in by 10mm' So we get a quote and a note saying that the skirting will have to be removed before installation and no advice at all on what to do with the kitchen a waste of time

Hi Ian. We have recently had carpet and vinyl laid by an outstanding set of guys. Firstly Thursday, Richard and Tony arrived to lay our vinyl. Initially thought to be a 2 day job, Richard and Tony knocked it out in one day, in fact less than one day. They were amazing and the job was completed to such a high standard. Next up was the carpet, Alex and Josh arrived on the following day and what a great team they were. So efficient and they knocked the job out again amazingly. These two groups of your staff are certainly huge assets to your company and I recommend they get a bonus for the work they did. Thanks so much for everything. Our only criticism is that the quote was last to. One through and only after prompting. Other than that we are SO PLEASED with the job. Thanks again so much Ian. Very happy with our gorgeous new carpet, top quality at a fantastic price.amazing service, and they went out of there way to install super fast, so we could move in.would highly recommend.

Great advice at the showroom. Worst carpet fitting team ever. Thank Goodness for Paul who refitted the carpet.

Really dissapointing

Ross was a fantastic help, a great range of products.look no further for a great deal and fantastic service with no hard sell or pressure.
I returned on Monday to confirm the order, all the staff are lovely and easy to deal with.
Andrew turned up on time and did a great job. He was very helpful, you couldn't ask for better.

Extremely happy with the service I received from start to finish. The lovely sales assistant had great knowledge of their range and she suggested great options that suited my budget. I was able to take samples home, which made it a lot easier to decide. I had to cancel site measures a couple of times due to constraints with home renovations, but the carpet layer was very flexible and friendly. Carpet went down with no issues and my kids LOVE it!

They allowed us to take away a large selection of their samples even though they were from the display walls.very helpfull and knowledgable I would buy carpets from here again for sure!

Worth looking at when you need carpets!

Other than the initial sales contact it was a completely unsatisfactory experience dealing with Ian Hunt. They got the order wrong, made promises they didn't keep, were very slow to respond and left me with little confidence in the final workmanship. They were willing to acknowledge their mistakes but their response was inadequate. Choose your flooring supplier carefully.
