Icing On The Cake

Requested a 2 tier blippi cake design from icing on the cake for my sons 2nd and they did an amaaazing Job! A lot of people were admiring, complimenting the birthday cake. Flavours were also delicious! My son loved it so much he didn’t want anyone touching it
We will be back next year, would definitely recommend this place!

Mila and her team made the most wonderful wedding cake for us in December just been (2022). A 3 layered red velvet cake with nude icing & caramel drizzling, with fresh flowers & a topper. The team did the most wonderful job and delivered it out to the reception venue! Everything ran so smoothly! The cake was so moist and tasted amazing - all out guests loved it! Thanks again!

Mila did an amazing job crafting a cake to look like a vintage amateur radio for the Auckand VHF club 50th Anniversary. Looked and tasted great and gone in minutes 10/10 thanks Mila - highly recommended as always!

If you have a sweet teeth like me. You should enjoy the time with the layers of Cupcakes, thick shakes and milkshakes & plus coffee to. You can't go wrong there at lunch break. If I'm working with the lads at work. You need the extra kick to get you through the rest of the day. Lol!

Made a large uber order. I was annoyed that the $37 carrot cake was missing & the tiny $6 carrot loaf was provided instead!

Also the icing is too sandy/gritty. The sugar isn't dissolved. Icing is simply too sweet for most modern palates in 2022. Also the ratio of icing to cake is wayyy off for the smaller 4 inch cakes. Mountains of thick icing relative to the actual cake inside

It was my birthday and my favourite cake shop was closed for holidays, so I decided to give this one a try.
The cake looked very nice, but that's it - it was the most awful cake I've ever tried. The icing felt like it had sand in it, as if there was sugar that didn't dissolve properly. The whole cake was too sweet almost to the point you can't stand it. The cake decoration candies seemed to be old and dry.
Even the kids didn't want to eat this cake. Such a disappointment.

Not only did they deliver exactly to my specifications from an image I found online for my daughter's birthday cake, they were easy to deal with, accommodating and really communicative. I'd definitely recommend.

Ordered a 1 metre 1 digit birthday cake. Smooth sailing from the consultant to collecting the cake. Delicious and moist chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Simple and everyone loved the look and taste. Would highly recommend and would buy from Mila & her cake shop again. Thank you so much

I have been coming here for many years.
Great service and arguably the best quality cup cakes around.
Yes, pricing is premium but then again you are receiving a premium product, so no issues there for me.
Will be continuing my custom for years to come if the quality and service remains.

We bought a wedding cake for a friend, ordered at 5.25pm, picked up next day at noon: Exceptional communication. Two tier red velvet. Decorated with flowers, it was perfect for this spontaneous decision. The cake looked spectacular, and tasted amazing. Thank you
