Excellent customer service from Bruce I think the best I've experienced in Auckland. Ideal Motors is an authentic car dealership, really BLOWN away by the BMW I've bought.let's not forget the extra detailing work added both
Exterior and interior (front and rear bumper, rims and side mirrors repainted, including new speakers all done with no added cost) to get it looking straight out of the box. Bruce is a man of his word and goes the extra mile for his clients. 10/10 for me.

Bruce made it very smooth and accommodated to all our car needs, made sure the car was in good order and ready to go.
