Shocked to see the bill. Rates told by the technicians were 3 time less than the actual invoice. Was charged 1000 dollars just for hiring a dehumidifier and 3 fans for 22 hours. They say you signed the contract, then why the technicians give us false promise? Train your technicians. Not fair.

Customer service really poor don't use them they are rip offs they lie to you about things damage your carpet without your knowledge and than ask you to pay for the charges to fix the carpet the way it was prior to them ripping it off

Complete commercial flood restoration service provided for our office building in Auckland city this past week. After a flood throughout with a broken pipe, the restoration technicians were fully prepared and equipped to fix our problem. It took a few days to get everything dried, but they took their time to get it all fixed up. Once again Thanks to idry Restorations for such a good & fast service.

The most ripped off cleaning company ever, I do not recommend anyone to use this cleaning company. They sent me an invoice which came to $650 including GST, and then they called my phone saying " we are sorry but that invoice we sent was wrong, the person who sent it is training". I then replied "so is this amount gonna be higher or lower"? Lady I spoke to said it will be higher, which really caught me by suprise, because I thought $650 was already high. A few minutes another invoice was sent to my email and the cost came to $1030.40.a total rip off.

What a great service by iDry Restorations. Our house was flooded in weekend and tried to ring few other flood restoration companies but I was not able to either get hold of them or they were able not come in the weekend. Then I rang iDry Restorations and they responded quickly and were on site within an hour. Explained the complete process to us. Sent us regular updates every 24 hours. They restored our property to the pre-loss condition. Thanks Harry and team for your efforts in putting our life back to normal. I highly recommend iDry Restoration.
