77Asked a few questions on the chat option which were quickly answered by Nikki who was very helpful.
Yet to receive my products 3 weeks after purchase and have had very limited communications around why there is a delay. I've since found that my product has to be shipped from Auckland to Christchurch before it can then be allocated to me and sent to Nelson. I wasn't made aware of this at the time of purchase, however have found the chat help service great at clarifying what is going on (thanks Nikki). It should arrive in Christchurch in the next week (a month after purchase), then fingers it crossed won't take too long to get sent to me, but no information can be given on time frames until it reaches Christchurch. I definitely wouldn't recommend if you're hoping for quick delivery!
You have to pay for your furniture first at this site, then drive all the way to Penrose to pick it up from their warehouse. It's a nuisance, bad service. It turned me off, so I didn't bother buying anything from them. We drove all the way to onehunga from Manurewa, the place was hard to find and then was told when we arrived, that we couldn't purchase furniture from this place, it's only a showroom.
Marie was super helpful and got fast replies, as well as all the chat staff I spoke to regarding my order
Ifurniture has the WORST customer return/refund policy - protracted delays in the hope you will forget to return item. Buyer BEWARE.

Unlike other shops, iFurniture is very accommodating in terms of delivery over the weekend. Thanks to Marie, the CSR, who helped me all through checkout and assisted with the delivery date at my convenience.
Waited around five weeks for delivery - on the delivery day they said they only now have noticed a defect but wouldn’t elaborate and it was no longer available - 0/10.
Great buy and great customer service! I went to the store and paid it in cash instead but my order is still existing. Thank you Marie for assisting me online today and resolved my problem about my pending placed ordered online that needs cancellation due to unsuccesful Zip registration online. Thank you very much!

Writing this review specifically to give a shout to Rizzi (one of customer service rep at iFurniture). My store order was getting delayed for pick-up for 2-3 days. Rizzi came to rescue, did her magic and now it is available for pick-up.all in less than an hour.
Guess where I'm heading now.to the store and get my new desk. Whoop whoop!
