Sent them a text two weeks ago about a broken window, and haven’t heard anything back. Ended up replacing the broken glass myself; $42.55 for the glass and about an hour of my time.

** Great reply mate, my txt said it was about a broken window, but you obviously had no time to txt me back saying something simple like “Sorry to busy”, but heaps of time to write a reply on Google saying you can’t be bothered calling a customer back.
