I recently worked with Erik, an immigration adviser at ICL, and I can't recommend them enough! They made the visa application process so much less stressful. He was super patient with me and made sure everything was in perfect order. They paid attention to every detail, plus they were always quick to respond to my emails and calls. I felt confident that my application was in good hands, and it was! Erik is a true pro, and I'm so glad that I choose ICL.

This is my second time going to Nirmala and her team for my visa procedures. Safe to say Nirmala has always delivered what she promises. She has help me with 4 visa situations of mine. Nirmala is a useless, lazy, , dis honest and incompetent. She always work at midnight, she called me on midnight around at 12.20 am and asked documents which were shared multiple times I told her those were already shared, and she was in drunk. As a result she submitted our application without checking and it caused almost 2 months delay.

She can’t win complex cases as she has language barrier. She needs to write an Ielts exam to improve her English language as the immigration business requires an extensive amount of language skills.

Really dis- honest, lying, not taking responsibility. I would not suggest to go with her service else you will be feel hell.

She always drunk and not listening attention details, whatever you said she dont care. She Submit your application without care which is really dangerous.

My partner and I have had great success with our consultant Nirmala Murthy with immigration consultancy.

My husband and I applied for his first visa in 2019 and was unsuccessful, than the covid pandemic took hold and we were separated for three years.

After the restrictions subsided in New Zealand, we applied for a visitors visa in February 2022 and was granted one in May and my husband was able to arrive late May.

After my husbands arrival and I had him settled in to his new life in Auckland, we applied for his work visa as his visitors visa would have run out end of March and was successfully granted the work visa 12th December 2022.

We are beyond happy with Nirmala's service and forever greatful to her for helping us in reuniting our little family here in Auckland.

Sadly did not work for me. Spent money for things I could have done myself (apply for work visa under new employer).

Not sharing any negative vibes, but communication needs to improve. I left the country on Feb 2021 as I was told my residency application would still be processed. Later found out off shore application was put on hold. I too take responsibility for not doing my research. But I paid a big price by staying off for more than a year.

Wasted 1 year and 3months of my precious time for not doing my own research and blindly trusting the advisor. For people who are posting positive comments, understand that these people just apply as you would apply anyway but with a big fat fee.

Assuming advisor will do all the work for you inspite of big fees is not what you could expect here. Personally dont waste your hard earned money where the communication is not clear, because even a small communication from the team would help the applicant physologically, been in this road before.

Luckily I found another advisor and sorted my life back.

100% recommend to those who are in-need off the great support system from the staff especially Nirmala whom we have dealt with from the very start and is continuing to support my family under all sort of visas into NZ. Very flexible and always update myself with my partner's application and all the above, I recommend ICL to everyone out there. I personally thank ICL team for the support they have given me. I have dealt with them for my ESWV and now have just approved for my residency visa. The whole process was made very easy and any updates from immigration were always effectively communicated. Overall, they are very helpful and once again, thank you.

Do not use immigration Consultancies ltd. Nirmala is a thief as she takes your money and won't do anything for you please stay far away from her. She shouldn't be an advisor

Absolute Con Artist, they take your money, do nothing for you, no communication, no refund, she should not be operating as a immigration advisor.

Never responded to emails or questions with requested information without being followed up numerous times and even then information would be incomplete. Neglected to inform us of a work visa expiration which we sorted ourselves. Only started communicating when we started requesting a refund as services paid for were never and have still never been provided. Absolutely do not use! You'll have much better luck even doing it all yourself. They'll take you money and not provide the service you pay for.

Not recommended at all, they only Care about money. The documentation was not even checked by them before submitting when asked they said we haven’t paid them enough! Now putting the review as we dealt with immigration by ourselves and got our visa approved as my partner had a clear road to essential visa and we just dealt with immigration directly.
She even offered us to withdraw our visa and pay them again to apply again!
