Mitch and his team did the most amazing job, a full roof replacement done very quickly and professionally. It has exceeded my expectations. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

A great firm to deal with, and Mitch keeps in contact well, you know when the staff are due, and when items will be delivered, and also when the clean up will happen as well. The two workmen were most impressive, they were very polite, efficient, and didn't waste any time while doing the job scheduled. They also cleaned up after themselves, and my shed was left neat and tidy, and the skylight on the house looks very good, I was shown a photo of it as they left for the day. Definitely recommend them for any job you require for skylights, or roofing.

I represent a Body Corporate of 16 Units where we required our roof to be replaced. We received a number of quotations, among which was Impact Roofing Solutions. I met the owner Mitch before the quotation was prepared for us and was impressed with his communication skills and knowledge of the business. We accepted his quotation partly because of the reasonable pricetag but also because Mitch was easy to engage with and I felt comfortable in trusting his business to do the project. From acceptance of the quotation through to completion of the job, the communication was regular and I was always kept up to date at each stage. Mitch also went the extra mile to solve other leaking pipe issues and dealt with them appropriately. That was very much appreciated. Each day the site was kept tidy and materials were stored together at the end of each day. The final day was spent tidying up the site and leaving it as it was before they started. I'm very happy with the new roof and would recommend Mitch and his great team to anyone wishing to have roofing work done. Thanks very much guys!

We had a leak on our roof fixed by Brandon and the team at Impact Roofing Solutions and received a disappointing service.

The communication was poor, we didn’t know what day and time they were going to visit until they were “on their way”, the two panels that now lie over our roof light are unevenly placed and the job that was said to “take a few hours” took less than 30 minutes yet cost us $1800.

I was recommended Impact/Mitch by another company who couldn't do my job. They were spot on! Mitch was amazing with his communication- honest, upfront & no waffle. I haven't met him in person but the completed job looks great. My high praise led to a neighbour asking Impact to do their roof.

We are immensely satisfied with Mitch and his team. Mitch was in regular communication from start to finish, despite us initially being out of the country. He explained the contract in a straightforward way and what to expect with the process. The job was done very professionally. Before fully replacing the very old roof of our villa, he and the team handled all the repairs required and ensured everything was done to a high standard. We are extremely happy with their friendly, honest and hardworking approach and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Mitch and the team replaced a leaking skylight at our home. They communicated well at all times and the standard of work was very high. The guys went above and beyond on several occasions. I would highly recommend this company.

Thanks for doing such a great job with the Velux skylights they really look fantastic and the light floods in. I was lucky to find a trades person that really does care about their work and the customer. 10/10 for communication, turning up when you say you will and the excellent workmanship. In anticipation of a medium-large scale roofing project (replacing old tile roof with ColourSteel/ColourCote on 7x units), our Body Corporate engaged three roofing companies for quotes. Impact Roofing was selected based on clearly communicated expectations, realism re.cost range, timeframes, and a history of quality work. Given the rising cost of building materials, Mitch did a good job in securing materials early to keep costs down. The Impact Roofing Crew are friendly and take their jobs seriously. The team were attentive to safety — for example creating safety plans to accommodate the needs of particular tenants. Throughout the job, we received work-in-progress updates, photos, culminating with an epic quality finish. This was a genuine partnership in motion. Will definitely use Impact Roofing again.
