Incredible Kitchen Company

The worst customer service experience in ten years of living in NZ.

I bought a benchtop from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) on September 1 and everything seemed to be very smooth. The template was done on the agreed date and all payments were collected in advance.

Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) booked my benchtop to be installed on the 15th of September and they asked for the old benchtop to be removed for the new installation.

The old benchtop was removed and I waited for the new benchtop to be installed on the agreed date, which did not happen. I tried to contact Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) during the installation day and in my first contact, they said that they could not get hold of the factory, but they confirmed that the installation was occurring later on in the day.

Around 3: 00 p.m. On this same day, I tried to get hold of the store but they closed at 1: 30 p.m, without following up on what happened with my benchtop, which I judged to be very unprofessional.

On the next day, Saturday, I got in touch with the store in the hope of getting an explanation to what may have happened and when I was supposed to have my benchtop installed. The person whom I spoke with ensured me that she would return my call within the hour with an answer, but the store did not contact me back.

On the following Monday 18th the factory, which seems to be another business or supplier, called me and they were very organized. At this opportunity, they explained to me that their booking was always happening on 19/09 and not 15/09 and that it was a possible mistake from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens).

On the 19th of September, I had my benchtop installed but up to this point, no one from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) was in touch with me. We spent 5 days without a sink, water, cooktop and oven, cooking in a camping stove and washing dishes in the laundry and Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) never called us to give any explanation of what happened.

We understand that mistakes can happen, but at no point, did anyone have the decency of being in touch, apologising or supporting us in this process. Their response was just to leave it with the factory whom I had not directly paid the full amount in advance.

So, I believe if you are thinking of doing business with Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens), it is better to find another supplier, they did not show any respect for us after collecting their payment.

When I researched replacing our dated kitchen, I was surprised at the prices we were provided with. Incredible kitchens online advertising caught my eye, and after designing the layout on their app, I was pleasantly surprised by the initial quote. We initially dealt with Ellie who was very helpful during the product selection process by guiding us through the various systems, cabinet colours and engineered stone options. My wife was particularly grateful to Ellie for arranging the kitchen bench to be bespoke by raising the height of the related cabinets to match the level of a greenhouse window, thereby expanding the bench depth. The flawless kitchen components were delivered the day before they were competently installed by cabinet maker Karl, who was also very considerate and helpful.

We are very satisfied with the finish of the kitchen, the quality of the various components and the vastly improved functionality. We also wish to thank all of the Incredible Kitchens employees who were involved in our project. You did a great job!

Stumbled across Incredible Kitchen Company after a bad experience with another company. Ellie was exceptionally easy to deal with, very professional and responsive. The kitchen looks great, the pricing was competitive, the time from plan confirmation to installation was speedy. I can't recommend enough and wish we'd known about them earlier!

Working with Juanita from IK we achieved a fantastic kitchen in a reasonably small area. The new layout transformed the space and we couldn't be more happy with the end result. I definitely consider our kitchen great value and quality for the money.

We'll be back to work with the IK team again on our next project, no question.

My experience with Incredible Kitchen Company was really positive. They had the best price and the kitchen looks great. Their sales person Ellie was great and so was their measuring team. Overall I would say amazing value and stress free as well, they did all the measuring and installation with no hassle. I would highly recommend.

I began my renovation just prior to auckland lockdowns, Incredible Kitchens were super helpful through the whole process, and the installer did a fantastic job. Highly recommended

True professionals, the fitter Dave was outstanding a quality craftsman. Juanita designed the kitchen to our needs including some custom draws. We used the recommended bench top company and splash back company both companies more than met our expectations. I am writing this review a few months after the installation and can truely say the kitchen is 'incredible 'i would highly recommend this company.

Our job is still not completed. After a big renovation at our home this company was by far the worst dealings we had. The time taken and the misinformation regarding prices, lack of updates and many emails to chase things up.
Unfortunately poor management reflects on service provided.
Make sure to check other options elsewhere.

Design & service was good but day before bench installation was told the factory couldn't supply what I had ordered & paid for weeks earlier as they had 'run out'. This production error was really disappointing as it caused delays in my other trades & final completion. I am very happy with final kitchen though.

We love our kitchen! Georgia did an amazing job of ensuring the layout met our requests and also flowed functionally once in place. Our installation was smooth and it was incredible to watch the level of detail our installer used when planing and fitting the cabinets. We had a tiny hiccup with the benchtop, but the issue was resolved immediately with a new benchtop piece fitted the next day - didn't impact our timeline at all. We highly recommend Incredible Kitchens for value for money, quality, and experience!

We were recommended Incredible Kitchens, and are thrilled with the result. Despite my anxiousness, the whole process is super easy, and the team at IK know their stuff. There was a minor Covid related hiccup (supply), but Jen went above and beyond to solve the issue. We are very happy customers.

I was looking at kitchen cabinets as we do compare quality and price.got about 3 different ones then somehow got onto these guys by accident browsing and what great service from the 1st minute talking to Jen. Incredible 4sure from meeting discussing quotes changes calls colour choices you name it, highly recommend working with Incredible Kitchen Company and they installing not that flat pack stuff.finally the cost let's just say installed with bench top, sink, handles compared to the other 3, lower yep lower no brainer I signed them up all this took place during Covid-19 alert level 2 very professional.thx to the team

I have ordered from Incredible Kitchens twice and both with fantastic results. Georgia, and also the female colleagues I dealt with made the order go really smoothly without any problems.

One caveat is that I would never deal with Bruce again. He was incredibly incompetent, yet incredibly arrogant. After measuring the kitchen for a stone benchtop, he later phoned back to state firstly the order would be several weeks later than promised, and it would not be covered under warranty. He then gave three ridiculous solutions, one of which was to uproot and move the entire kitchen a couple of centimeters to the left. To resolve the issue, I came up with a perfect solution myself, and from then on dealt with other members of staff which were so much better. The order then proceeded without any more glitches. I would definitely order again, but would only deal with members of staff other than Bruce. Bruce gets a zero star rating, but his colleagues all get five stars. At the end, I am very happy with the final result.
