Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies at the Botany South store. A fabulous place to shop with caring people.

Kayla you were amazing and informative, this shop has a great range of products for not only the aged but all people that need help and mobility aid. Nice shop well set out and easily accessible with plenty of parking. If Kayla is an example of the other staff then you will be well looked after.

Nice spacious showroom. A staff member had come out to our club to share some of their wares. I wanted to see more so travelled from Takapuna to Botony where staff were very friendly. Saw this electric mobility and just had to have a photo with me sitting on it (I could see flying down the road with the wind blowing my hair!)

Incompetent sales person. Sold the wrong dish washer and did not want to admit her mistake. Also asked us to pay for delivering of the correct one again instead of waving it off, didn’t follow up with contacting us regarding delivery day although she said that she will follow through and let us know of the estimated delivery time. No follow up, I had to chase it up myself and the delivery would take another 5-7 working days.
Quite unhappy how situation was handled.

Just been to senior net meeting where one of your representatives gave a talk very interesting. We then decided to go to your shop to get a shower mat, staff very helpful and friendly

Great service here, hired a wheelchair from here, called in to make an appointment to pick up the wheelchair. At the pick up, no hassle, just a quick signature and payment made and you are good to go. The return was also efficient and satisfying, the lady did a quick check upon returning and you are good to go. Highly recommend it for people who need to hire assisted equipments for a short period/ long period of time.

This is where I used to hire a wheelchair when in Auckland. Reasonable rates and friendly service.

Have always experienced very pleasant assistants and great knowledge of products available. I am a regular customer and feel reassured that I will be able to get what I need from the store. Thank you for your support for the disabled.

I would have rated this organisation well prior to my mum's latest experience. She bought a 2nd wheelie walker from ILS Botany. Brand new. But became unusable inside 3 months - one of the screws sheared and it rendered it completely useless. No one in her residential village could fix it although they tried; and I am overseas. She rang ILS for help - they advertise mobile sales, but was told they were too busy. It's almost brand new, has failed, and they offered no support. Shame on you. Your customer base is disabled and frequently do not drive. You have mobile sales - not too busy to sell more, but are too busy to help with the faulty product you sold. Disgraceful.

Good showroom for a good range of most commonly used everyday adaptive equipment. Good to have a branch. If you want to see more you'll need to go to Royal Oak. Parking available both sites.
