I had such a great experience at Industry Motors Penrose, thanks to the team, specifically Nathan and Rebecca. Purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry, and it was immaculate. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment my family and I arrived to help me get into a new car. Nathan was ready and very informative about any vehicle we showed interest in.
Despite not being able to purchase my first choice which was out of both mine and Industry Motors control, the team did not let that get me down and made sure I left there happy and with a new car purchased. Handled that situation extremely well and he didn’t give up on me, which sets them apart from your typical dealership. I would highly recommend Industry Motors Penrose to anyone looking for their new car️️️️️

Taken my brother to this car dealership in Penrose due to recommendations.customer service was good.customer parking is not the greatest. My brother is a mechanic by trade. I am business and finance by profession, so I just went along for the application process.my brother did pick up on some minor faults, and the salesman acknowledged it and noted it for repair - fantastic.

Paid deposit done the application process was advised the deposit is refunded no matter if the application is successful or not, application approved but then my brother decided not to proceed, the UTE was still advertised no repairs had been carried out that was noted as the salesman had sent message waiting for confirmation to proceed.so I can't say much was done from the industry motor end besides computer application.you have no signage or documentation stating the deposit will be forfeited and it wasn't advised to us.

You have my brother's bank details, so why not give his hard earned money back doesn't belong to you.

Loving the car already everything seems to be in good condition some scratches here and there but nothing too serious to worry about. Customer service was great Nathan showed us everything we needed to know about the car thank you.

Me, found what I liked and secured the car with a deposit.
Still went tire kicking elsewhere for 3 days and went back to Industry Motors every day to feel the car I liked.
Set the deal into concrete and drove of. Happy as.
I would go back to them in a blink.) The team is great and friendly as car dealers can be but with an ease.

Bought a car off them that was wrapped, wrap started coming off at the front so I took the whole thing off. Under the wrap it seems they had used a grinder when removing the badges. They didn’t want to know about it. Moral is don’t buy a wrapped car from them. They Asian guy I dealt with was ok but the manager was a swine

My family drove 2 and a half hours to come and have a look at industry motor group and it was 100% worth the trip. The customer service was exceptional from all staff, we dealt with Julles most of the time and he was so friendly and helpful. We walked away with a beautiful car and very happy with everything. 10/10 Amazing!

Thank you for an amazing, stress free, easy sales process from start to finish. Love the finance work from Leata, she was straight to the point and kept me updated at all times. The sales staff Nathan was awesome, even upon arrival to pick up the new Kia Sorento, Nathan took time out to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. That was premium customer service.

My wife and I bought our Corolla from Industry and was really, really happy with the service. Nathan was quick to help us out and look around the cars. They also asked us if they could have a few days to book in a cut and polish before we picked it up, and tidy some things up and you could tell that they really cared about the attention to detail. When we picked it up, it looked immaculate. The finance manager, Rebecca was also very kind and easy to deal with. Such a seamless hassle-free process. Vinny then showed us to our car, which had a nice red bow on it and it was parked in the perfect spot. We’ve bought about 15 cars and this is the first one where it had been presented so well, with someone standing next to the car waiting to great us, with the bow.

We then were given a tour of the car, shown a number of important things and the opportunity to see all the features etc.

Very, very impressed and would happily buy from them again.

I am in the Manawatu, saw a car i was interested in on trade me and contacted Industry Motors. Dealt with Julles. He was always happy to answer my questions, sent me extra videos of the car etc.given that I was buying without seeing the car in person or driving it, something well outside of my comfort zone! I had trust in Julles that he was representing the car honestly. Went ahead with the purchase, Industry Motors had the car driven down to me so I didn't have the hassle of organizing it myself. Absolutely love my car too, no regrets at all.

Cannot fault the service. Julles was awesome, so helpful and kept in touch with updates while our car was having the stone chips repaired and duracoat applied. Rebecca was also great with her help with the finance side of our purchase. I Would highly recommend checking these guys out if you need a new car
