I recently bought a latex pillow from this store, and have since experienced better sleep than I have had in many years. I have been most impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the store's staff.

My new latex mattress and bed arrived last week and could not have been more pleased with the quality and service when dealing with Innature

Rude and obnoxious! I walked into their store last week only to be greeted by a rude owner, felt like my questions were a pain. Wont ever go there again.

We have had a bed and 2 chest of drawers custom made for us which we are delighted with. The workmanship is superb, we are very happy to recommend INNATURE.

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the products are very high quality. I've had a custom latex mattress made for my campervan and its more comfortable than my mattress at home.

Their products might be good but the staff is SO rude! The woman at the desk told me off because she couldn't find my order! Really?
Very bad customer service, didn't even apologize for the wait or say goodbye.

I also gave you the order number as soon as I arrived, what else did you expect me to do?

I became a bit impatient after you've been rude to me, and left me without explanation, walking around everywhere, all upset.

I work with customers so I'm all for kindness and respect. I did say thank you and goodbye. You didn't though.

Once again, you're blaming the customer here and telling lies.it's just really unprofessional.

Ordered 2 custom made mattress toppers with Sukhita, and boy did they deliver! Fast quote, fast production time, excellent service (quick responses to all my questions) and.the topper is like sleeping on clouds, absolutely recommend! Thanks again Sukhita and team!

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the new mattress. WAY short of the feeling of sleeping/waking on our (king single) IKEA latex mattress - whilst 3 times the price.ongava

The Innature mattress seems to cause pressure points, resulting in numbness/tingling in the morning. This is not the case with our Ikea one. I've never had this problem ok any home or hotel bed. I'm average weight without health probs.

Gutted to have invested so much and to wake up every morning with discomfort and disappointment. The Woola W3000 matress felt better in retrospect, based on a short test.

Innature did switch the core for an extra $60, but it made little difference and since then have just offered to sell me more expensive products to try and fix the issue.

What a waste of time and money.

We purchased the “spine health” mattress two months ago and although it took 6 weeks to make and another week for it to reach us (asked for weekend delivery) it was definitely well worth the wait! Absolutely love our bed, it was a bit too firm for me but I compromised with my partner and purchased a topper for it. Now it’s perfect! Amazing service too - the team really has their customers health and best interests in mind. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the children's mattresses and bedding we have purchased from INNATURE. The quality is top notch and the materials smell and feel great. The sales team was also very helpful in altering our order a couple of time during the process.

If you are struggling to sleep or have lower back pains I highly recomend a firm futon. This has helped so much with my lower back pain from work.

After finding Innature I honestly don't understand why anyone could ever buy a toxic, chemical laden bed ever again when you have these beautiful, organic, eco friendly mattresses made by Innature that are of a very similar price to a good quality toxic mattress.

The mattress we got from Innature is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. We love it. These mattresses should be more mainstream. It's like sleeping on a cloud. For the first time in my life, my nose is clear at night, with other (toxic) mattresses it always gets blocked (probably from the nasty chemicals). I'm sleeping better than I ever have.

We will never sleep on a toxic mainstream mattress every again.

We are sleeping so well. And the bed frame and headboard Innature made for us is just gorgeous.

Honestly make this decision for your health, go with Innature. You'll be doing yourself such a big favour by not breathing in cancer causing chemicals every single night.

Finding a 100 per cent natural fibre pillow was proving impossible. I scowered Briscoes for something that fitted what I wanted. I wanted a pillow that contained no synthetic fibres, such as polyester, which ultimately end up in landfill one day and are not environmentally friendly. The amount of pillows that claimed to be 'natural' like, wool and bamboo blends were total greenwashing lies, and all contained mostly polyester. I was so relieved to find a 100% natural pillow from innature, that's even NZ made. It is supportive and comfortable and I sleep really well, with just one pillow. Highly recommend supporting a local business with great ethics.

We just wanted to thank Sukhita for her excellent service and mattress advice. We had purchased a very firm latex mattress 4 months ago from another supplier and were having really sore backs and hips because of it. I called Sukhita and she recommended us buying their mattress topper, rather than buy a whole new mattress to save on the expense. We bought one a week ago and have never slept better. It is beautifully made, super comfortable and highly recommended if you need a bit of softenning over a firmer mattress. Many thanks for sorting us out - we so appreciate it.
