We received a quote from them that was higher than others that we got so were a bit reluctant to go with them, but their service, their attention to detail and communication with us was superb. We had some tricky angles to work with that did not phase them at all, and they presented solutions that were easy to comprehend and gave us the result we were looking for. Their workmanship and installation was perfect and dealing with all their staff (Salesperson, Installers and the boss himself) was a very stress free process. There were some things that we didn’t anticipate, and when we raised the issues they dealt with it in a friendly and generous manner. As a result we have a beautiful walk in wardrobe. Highly recommended.

Kelsey came recommended.she was flexible and turned up within 48 hr of requesting a consult. Kelsey had great ideas, and listened to us.she designed what we wanted and clearly designed and showed us the vision with easy to view pictures.
They turned up when they had arranged and fixed a mistake within 48hr when one of the sizes wasn’t quite right.really happy.

Excellent service. Neil took the time to understand what I really needed for the space, which was a bit tricky, and came up with a great solution for a wardrobe and some new shelving for an existing cupboard. It was great to see this in a 3D model before going ahead. The installation went smoothly and it's made a big difference to the bedroom

My wardrobes, walk in closet and laundry have turned out even better than I was hoping for. We love the doors on the laundry which suit the style of the house and are one of the best features of the house. Neil and his team were great to deal with from when I made the first enquiry until getting the wardrobes installed.
We recently moved into a '70s house and we had 12 wardrobes done with a HRV system to contend with. Neil's CAD drawings were professionally created and were easy to follow and clearly showed the expected outcome. Neil gave us great advice in terms of flooring and how to/what to remove in the old wardrobes. Neil checked in on us leading up to the installation date which gave us confidence that everything was on track. Despite supply chain issues/backlog due to Auckland lockdowns Neil's team delivered to the agreed installation date.
The installers themselves were professional and efficient considering they had to hike up and down 3 levels. I was quite impressed with the installation and the handy work they did to conceal the HRV system.
Money well spent and now we have practical wardrobes that have transformed the house.
I would highly recommend Neil and his team, they are effective communicators, professional, experienced, friendly and they think outside the box.

Seriously recommend. Great service ethos and quality product for 2 wardrobes of differing styles delivered. Went to the nth degree in meeting expectations. I have had a previous project with a key competitor & a leading brand in this segment but Innovative interiors wins this hands down
