Incredibly helpful and efficient! Would absolutely recommend and use this company again.
Within a couple of hours they had sent someone to my place to clean up the remaining glass and fit a temporary cover. Jamie managed to squeeze me in for a replacement the next day and was very accomodating of my schedule. They made a stressful event much easier.

I recently booked a job to get my vehicle windshield replaced, however, the customer service was shocking. After taking my car last Saturday morning I was told the windscreen which they got for my car was incorrect. Upon rescheduling to today I was told someone will come to me to get this replaced that’s obviously fair because I had brought my car in but your company failed to provide the service. Anyways I was then asked by one of the ladies in reception whether I have a covered space as it may rain and remarks thrown such as “I didn’t cause this weather” etc etc please if you don’t like your job you should find a new career. I then waited for the technician in the city who’s van didn’t fit inside the parking lot so I had to take my car out anyway and the technician was understanding of my situation then he replaced my windscreen outside where it was “meant” to rain. Please polish up customer experience but the service from the technician was wonderful. Only frustration was getting mucked around as my time is valuable and you’re getting paid to do a job. It wasn’t free so giving your customer an easier experience would be better.

Very professional and the screen replacement was done on time. Would recommend this company.

Recently my car was subjected to damage by vandals the result was a smashed rear windscreen-insurance company directed me to Instant Windscreens Penrose, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and quickly booked my car in for repairs which were done quickly and professionally. I recently used instant windscreens to have the windscreen replaced on my little old mirage after some rust repairs were done underneath it. I decided to use them after using them twice before on my other cars and I had the same result: absolutely perfect! The technicians had done an awesome job of fitting the screen and the receptionist Jamie was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Would 100% recommend and use again

Tried chip repair first, however, had to go back later for a full Windscreen replacement as the repair proved too difficult to do. Staff were courteous and repairs executed speedily. 1st visit, on returning home, found a sticky substance on the bonnet of my vehicle and what looked like spray drift on the front chrome-work. It took some time to clean off and I had to use turps to remove drift from chrome-work. Second visit, when I picked up my vehicle, the w/screen replacement was good, however, I had to spend half an hour vacuuming glass fragments off the seats, floor and dashboard when I got home. Need I say more?

Pretty good service from them would recommend. There was a bit of a mishap with the glass and suppliers but it all got sorted very quickly. I was kept informed the whole time which was a plus and the workers I dealt with were super friendly. Thanks for sorting me out.

Excellent service. Super quick replacement of the broken window on the car and excellent follow up on getting the tinting done. Absolutely loved the service provided by their entire team but especially by Ola. Thank you for a good experience.

Dealt with Russell at Penrose branch, Top Bloke.
His staff was concerned about tint band color and ran around different suppliers to check, advised me what else I can do ie wreckers, original, other installers who makes their own glass but no one had the right color tint band across the top. No one could show me what it will look like, in the end, went back to Russell.
He's here to help, not just make a dollar, he spent so much time on this, I'm sure he's very busy with more important things to do.
He's definitely the most helpful glass installer in Penrose, I've experience others in person.
It's rare to come across such friendly and helpful people in any industry.
I'll definitely try to be more like him in my job.

Booked 4 or 5 days ago for home service Tue 5 Feb 2019 at 8: 00 am-ish. Called at midday, spent 16 minutes at various call centres, all promised to call be back. Nobody bothered. At nearly 4pm someone did call to say they has me booked for January. All very sorry etc, but a total waste of my time. Going elsewhere.

Had a crack in my window screen called these guys dropped my car off in the morning and picked up by 2 the same day. Done a fantastic job.

Absolutely shocking company. Booked in mobile windscreen replacement to be done at a panel beater, failed to turn up which delayed the panel beater. Rang up, no record of the booking all of a sudden (booked in at Penrose instead of Whangarei? !), but could book in the job for the day after. Next day, windscreen broke in transit, rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Turned up late today and with the wrong glass, rescheduled for another week. Complained to AMI, this company does not deserve to be accredited. Various frustrating instances throughout, e.g, company ringing and asking for registration number again etc. Instant? Lol.
