I had broken rear window. I contacted the staff and also called my insurance company. The staff was very efficient sourcing the right glasses for me and job was done so professionally. Now it looks like brand new. Very happy customer and highly recommend to all.
Woww.never got this good experience from any auto mechanics so far. Very fast, friendly and professional. Manager was superb
They booked me in at a time that suited me which was great then promised to have it done by 1 pm. They called to advise me at 12.20 that my car was ready to go whenever I could collect it. Fantastic service - seamless

Got the rear passenger side quarter glass changed in February 2023. Since the window needed tinting, I was informed that it will be done in March as the person doing the job was on leave. Started following up for the job to be completed end of March and kept getting promised every week that it will be done shortly. Even left multiple voicemails when wasn't able to contact, I never received a call back till I called next and spoke to someone. The worst part was they processed the payment with my insurance even before completing the job.
Finally today when I got rude on the phone the concerned person came to fix the problem. I was told by the tinter that once the car is fixed he will inform me to check the job and come and lock my car as it was parked off-street. Half an hour later I went to check as had not received any call and the guy had just disappeared leaving my car unlocked and unsafe.
Very disappointed with the service and will never go there or recommend them either.
Poor customer service, if you have a insurance job I will recommend to choose a different branch as these guys are full of lies.
Great communication, literally 5 mins til contacting me after I spoke to insurance company, AMI, next day st home service. Turned up on time, very pleasant young man, all done in half an hour. Able to drive after an hour. Full windscreen replacement and put back on WOF and Rego. Highly recommended
I would like to share an awful experience. The first time I drove my car to IWS, someone told me that “ sorry, we only ordered an standard screen, I need to order an other one because your car installed camera with the screen” but before this going I called IWS before I went there but they did not ask me anything about my car. Then One week later I drive my car there as a second time. Then the next day, I called before I went and the staff there told me “yeah, you are ready to take your car away and we are ready”. But when I arrived, I found my car camera did not closely bond together and when I touched all the parts amazingly fall off! Then I called the manager, and the most amazing thing is, he ask me to wait for the technician came back as he found not do anything about it! And during the whole process, there was no sorry from him. I really wonder is it the service and attitude you should offer to your customer? I am so disappointed with this an will never came back and I may suggest other people, call and check before you go and drive!
Great service. Had my windshield replaced under insurance here. Booking was a breeze, the job was completed within the timeframe advised and communication was great throughout
Again good company but workmanship failed, Staff would have wipe the mess instead leaving bad finish doing windscreen replacement, Managment should focus on their staff for good customer service would be more helpful for business.
Great prompt service, & communication, however quality of workmanship is rather poor. Dashboard and seats left filthy with muck from old dried glue, rear view mirror not installed after windshield replacement and headliner marked with fingerprints & tools.
Recommend customers check workmanship before the vehicle is collected.
