Jason and the IPS Group team were excellent to deal with. We had several pieces of custom cabinetry required in our new home and the end result is superb. IPS was very easy to deal with getting some kitchen cabinets cut and installed. There was a slight delay with getting materials in but they kept me updated and delivered a fantastic product. Would recommend.

I write this review with great regret. This Company was referred to us by a very close friend. We had the Manager call out and take the measurements. We were highly impressed with his knowledge in the industry. We have three bathrooms. This job was a small job that needed the correct measurements. A time frame was given that it will be in the first week of March 2021. In the last week of February 2021, I contacted him three times, to confirm some details that were not mentioned on the quote. I was told to stop calling him for a small job. Then came the Covid19 level three. Business person like myself. I had to re-organise and cancelled my appointments in the covid level 3 week. Managing family rental properties that is going through home improvements. I contacted this Company by email enquiring if they will be installing our vanity at Level three and if he can send me an invoice that I can pay on completion of the job. Sunday morning 7.30am I received an email from the Manager “stating the following”:

Hi Ayyub,

Thank you for the opportunity to look at your vanity project. Unfortunately we wont be able to complete this project as we don’t feel that we will be able to meet your requirements.

We have had some major renovation work, extension, painting on our rental properties, continuous home improvement. Never ever faced a last minute negativity like this with any of our people, builders, plumbers, roofers etc. I am disappointed because I thought highly of this person and let down in the last minute. We have already started our positive recovery. My recommendation stay away to avoid last minute disappointment.
