Changed my normal service to this company via the app, not only was it cheaper but the quality is the best I've had, delivery and pick up driver is great too, very lovely guy, will be setting up a repeate service

These guys are very mean, unprofessional and dishonest. They destroyed my beautiful wool duvet inner! On 6 th sep 2019, I dropped off some of my laundry at north shore laundromat and noticed that they also provide dry cleaning services and Ironman west was the contractor. Then I brought in a double size duvet inner which was soft and fluffy, just had some stains on it. Ironman west picked up the duvet and did the dry clean service. When I came to pick up my duvet on 13 th sep. I could not believe my eyes: The duvet inner became flat, hard and shrunken! And looked like it has been put into a washing machine and washed! I contacted Hari about this, however his answer was a shock to me. He said when I dropped off the duvet inner, it was like that! He was lying! There was no point that I dry clean such an dreadful duvet inner that I cannot use. The staff at the laundromat, even the franchise owner tried to communicate with him. Hari asked them to ignore me and he told them that he knows how to get rid of me! How redicolius! I have the receipt and the dry clean service form, I have all the evidence to suit him. We offered Hari two weeks time to give us a solution, however no reply from him. Do not bring any thing for this guy to dry clean! He may destroy your garment and said that’s all your own fault!

“On time, every time” is what comes to mind with this lot. The pick up and drop off service is a added advantage with Hari and his team. It’s as easy as booking it with Hari and leaving the laundry bag in the garage and once done they hang it back in the garage if we are not home (as per our request). Haven’t been with Ironman for too long but 6 months of flawless service, 10’s of suits and shirts dry cleaned, washed and pressed. I am one happy customer.

Gave my clothes after a bed bug infestation for high temperature was and iron. The clothes never looked newer after a wash before like they did after ironman's amazing wash. Definitely recommend this to everyone.
