We first had interaction with NAI Harcourts North Shore was a year ago, when we were looking for purchasing a commercial property investment in Takapuna. I was impressed with the salesperson Isaac Tankard’s approach and diligence. Eventually, we did not buy from his listing, but, when we asked him for the information of the commercial property manager, he introduced us to his property management team, and then, NAI Harcourts North Shore became our property manager. Their team are professional, efficient and reliable. Although we didn’t buy from them last time, they would be our first choice if we want to sell our property.
